Would stay here again
Pros:

The facility has a very nice sitting area in the lobby. We had food delivered and were able to use the dining area also.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Quick one night stay. Very accommodating after I moved from Texas to Oklahoma City.

Overall the stay was nice for a medical travel event

Had a medical procedure wasn’t allowed to eat

Comfortable, affordable , friendly and convenient!!!!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was pet friendly, but did not smell as if pets were allowed. The breakfast was adequate. The cook kept the food replenished. It was very good.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I can think of that was out standing. I really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great... Hotel policy is not customer friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. We all enjoyed breakfast very much. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We were Travelers unfamiliar with Oklahoma city. GPS sent us to what we thought was the correct hotel with our reservation, but when we got there the GPS had sent us to the wrong HI Express hotel. It was late and we had older people with us and had been traveling many hours that day. We asked if the new HI Express hotel could just switch rooms for us instead of us having to drive a half an hour back the opposite direction to the hotel with our reservations. They declined to do that and said that we would be charged for the first reservation anyway. Very disappointing.
