It was not clear that there was no lift and trying to lug a heavy suitcae up 3 floors with a sore back was not pleasant! Also, just basic TV channels with no option to scrren share! No great...

Modern hotel with good amenities, if you catch someone at the front desk properly.
Pros:

Well appointed and furnished modern rooms with comfortable bedding and plenty of space. The hotel itself is also well located, and the free Wifi a positive.

Cons:

I was stuck outside for a while when reception was left unstaffed, for about 5-10 minutes in the middle of the day before checking in. My room also had evidence of the previous occupant in it, showing the cleaning wasn't as good as it could have been.

Comfortable, well furnished rooms in a great location
Pros:

Location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Old Marylebone Town Hall for a wedding. Very comfortable small hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

If you are on the top floor there are a lot of stairs and there isn’t a lift (which we knew) and wasn’t a problem for us but would be for less mobile people.

De locatie was echt top

Cons:

Het personeel koffers werden later geleverd want die zaten niet op de vlucht beneden gaan vragen of de koffers er al waren personeel zei dat ze er niet waren dus spullen moeten kopen omdat wij met onze zoon van 1 jaar op reis waren dus niks hadden voor hem bij terug komt ons klaar gemaakt om op stap te gaan bij het pakken van onze kinderwagen stond onze koffer er gewoon dus het personeel heeft niet gekeken waardoor wij onnodig veel geld hebben uitgegeven voor spullen die wij opdat moment nodig hadden

Lovely boutique hotel, in a beautiful neighborhood
Pros:

Tuvimos 2 reservas en fechas distintas. La primera en la habitacion grande, con bañera en el aseo.. Muy linda y cómoda. La sgte reserva tuvo que ser en una habitacion pequeña (no había disponibilidad para las fechas que necesitábamos, bastante cómoda pero pequeña sobretodo luego de haber estado con anterioridad en la otra. Sin duda es una super opcion para lo que nosotros buscábamos. Si tengo que poner un inconveniente y nosotros viajando con 4 maletas el no tener ascensor fue complicado para instalarnos. Al llegar amablemente la persona en recepción nos ayudó con este asunto. El barrio muy lindo, las habitaciones impecables, la cama cómoda, el baño muy agradable...Será mi opción para mi siguiente viaje a Londres. Me gusta que sea un hotel pequeño.

Cons:

Sabía que no habia ascensor, no fue una sorpresa. Pero me hubiera encantado lo tuviera....tal vez instalar uno para dar facilidad a los huéspedes?
El desayuno cumplidor pero nada espectacular.
