Delícia de hospedagem, ótimo café da manhã e localização incrível
Pros:

Localização excelente, quarto gostoso, café da manhã delicioso, staff muito eficiente e simpático

Cons:

Não tem elevador nem carregador de malas, então se ficar num quarto lá em cima vá com mala pequena!

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter ruhiger Lage und doch zentral
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, super nettes Personal, gute und ruhige Lage. Das nächste Mal würden wir allerdings ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett nehmen. Das Comfy Bett ist für 2 Personen recht schmal.

If you want small no fuss elegance stay here.
Pros:

Perfect. Palacios. Great a/c. Good size. Lovely big bathroom. Fridge. Coffee machine. Not 1000 different switches for different things. Great location. 5 mins to Selfridges. Lovely helpful staff.

Great location and would recommend
Pros:

Great location and boutique feel , lovely and clean everything worked and air con was great during this heatwave. Helpful team of staff.

Cons:

Our room was in the basement and had no view ; the window was frosted and had a lot of stair and boiler or generator noise from directly outside the window - there were no other rooms to be moved to upon request to change. The noise from the boiler or generator was raised and a complimentary breakfast was offered which we appreciated the thought.

Staff Mishandled Luggage
Pros:

Rooms were fine, a little old school but overall okay. Where my rating comes from is the service i received. Given the hotel doesnt have a hotel they offer their staff to help with luggage transport up and down the flights of stairs. I was all the way on the top floor and had a member of the staff take my large check in bag down. When i came down, i noticed right away my handle was bent as she dragged it down the stairs with the handle out. I was no longer able to push the handle down, thus making my bag unusable. I raised this with the manager and they could not compensate me for a new bag, only gave me a tiny refund which wouldnt even cover a carry on (mine was a large check in suitcase). It was unfortunate as i had to scramble to find a new bag, they didnt even offer to help me find a luggage store. Wont stay here again as a result of poor service.

Location good and staff friendly
Pros:

It was very clean and all staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable and had to wait one hour to check in even though check in was supposed to be at 3 o’clock. But we got to the room at 4 o’clock.
