Wonderful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful staff. So friendly and helpful. Got to know and really appreciate Samer the Reception Manager and Hosam the housekeeping supervisor.
Great location, very central. Exceptional views across to the Old City

I would not return to this hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! The location was amazing.

Cons:

The bed linen was full of some old crumbs, there were no any rags on both sides of the bed, the shower was not in order, the bathroom lacked towel racks.

הצוות היה זמין וידידותי. גם בטלפון וגם כשהגענו. בטלפון ענו והסבירו על כל השאלות. הרגשנו שיש מי שדואג לנו. החדר היה נעים ומאורגן היטב. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מפנקת ומצויינת. המלצר שאל אותנו אם אנחנו רוצים שיכינו לנו חביתה. אז שלא כמו במלונות אחרים, גם יוקרתיים, לא היינו צריכים לעמוד בתור לחביתות, פשוט קיבלנו חביתה לשולחן, וזה היה מאוד נעים.
