Hotel pobrał całkowitą opłatę zamiast różnicę między opłatą wynikającą z pobytu i wcześniejszej opłaty na booking. Od ponad tygodnia nie ma żadnej informacji z hotelu pomimo złożonej reklamacji. Booking również nie odpowiada pomimo przesłanych dowodów przelewów.

Camere accoglienti, pulite e spaziose, letti molto comodi, bagno ben curato (non c'era però set di cortesia).

Cons:

Colazione approssimata servita con prodotti non di qualità e con poca scelta.
Personale in sala colazione poco attento, come se fosse capitato lì per caso.
Tutto questo ci ha sorpreso perché abbiamo frequentato l'hotel in altri periodi e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti.
