Excellent hotel, with very friendly staff. The food is good, the rooms are comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean, which is very important to me.

The location is a 10/10 if you are looking for peace and relaxation. However, if you want to be closer to the city centre, it may be a bit less convenient.

All in all, I would definitely recommend it.

Die Lage und Ausstattung, der zuvorkommende Service in allen Bereichen (-z.B. wurde ein - minimaler - aufgetretener Defekt beim Wasserhahn unseres Badezimmers sofort repariert), die Höflichkeit ausnahmslos aller Mitarbeiter:innen - ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an „unsere“ liebe Alenka (Bar) mit ihrer Freundlichkeit, ihrer Herzenswärme und Kompetenz. Das abendliche Buffet war vielfältig, geschmacklich ausgezeichnet, allen Wünschen diverser Gäste wurde (wie wir beobachten konnten) immer Rechnung getragen, mit zwei Worten: alles Top! Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und haben uns wiederum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da wir grundsätzlich gerne in der Nebensaison hier sind, schätzen wir die Ruhe und besondere Atmosphäre dieses Ortes. Dazu gehören auch die gesamte Konzeption und die „Architektur“ des Hauses , der - unseres Erachtens - sehr wohl gelungene Umbau inclusive der Renovierung dieses „geschichtsträchtigen“ Areals mit all seinen historisch bedingten Gegebenheiten und Besonderheiten. Diese sind so wie sie eben sind.

Daher richtet sich der folgende Hinweis vor allem an jene die auf „booking.com“ diesbezüglich eher unnötige und negativ Kommentare abgeben: Wenn man sich die Mühe macht, auch etwas über die historische Vergangenheit und (Zeit-)Geschichte dieses Gebäudes in Erfahrung zu bringen, kann man einiges besser verstehen und begreifen🤫🤗.

Bardzo komfortowy pobyt podczas Wielkanocy., piękne pokoje,,Spa, Widok z okna zapięra dech. Cudowny personel.

Cons:

Jedyny minus to przypuszczam że dlatego iż poza sezonem były bardzo ubogie śniadania . Wielokrotnie bywaliśmy w hotelu Plaza z sieci Radisson w Puli i jakość jedzenia 10/10 tu niestety standard był duuuuuzo niższy
