Le mieux était exceptionnelle , très propre et décoré avec goût - le personnel était au petit soin - la qualité de la nourriture et des boissons était super ( mention spécial pour le restaurant Sophia ) ! Le petit déjeuner digne d’un 5 étoiles et l espace wellness était incroyable - j’ai adorer aussi les produits de douche Aqua di parma .
La vue pour les coucher de soleil était parfaite - nous avons passer 5 jours au top ! Nous reviendrons

Da wir mit Kinderwagen unterwegs wahren waren die möglichkeiten sehr beschränkt um mit dem Kinderwagen überall zu kommen. Das war für uns nicht so ideal.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay — it was always a pleasure to be served by them. The hotel has a great coastal location, amazing views, and a beautiful infinity pool.
Huge potential ruined by terrible front desk service and food poisoning
We booked 4 rooms for our family and friends expecting a top-tier luxury experience. The property itself looks fantastic and clearly has great potential, but the actual experience was an absolute letdown.
The first impression at the front desk was catastrophic. The reception staff acted as if they were being forced to work there against their will—completely dismissive, cold, and disinterested. After an unnecessary confrontation with a receptionist who couldn't care less, the manager, Sandi, stepped in. Sandi was genuinely professional, handled the matter properly, and was pretty much the only person at reception who understood what hospitality means.
The incompetence at the front desk didn't stop there:
A friend in our group wanted to upgrade to a sea-view room and was flat-out told none were available. Only after he showed them live availability on Booking.com did they start making excuses, ultimately charging him an absurd €400 just for the upgrade.
Another friend went directly to the reception desk to book a room in person, and the receptionist bluntly told him it was cheaper to just do it online via Booking.com instead of helping him directly. Completely illogical for a 5-star hotel.
The local Croatian staff completely failed across the board. The only saving grace of this property is the international staff (housekeeping and breakfast servers from the Philippines and elsewhere)—they work hard, keep the rooms spotless, and actually provide polite service. Without them, this place could honestly shut down.
To top it all off, three of us got severe food poisoning from the pool bar—most likely from the tuna burger—and we have been dealing with terrible stomach issues for three days now.
We came looking for a premium experience, and it was certainly memorable, but for all the wrong reasons. Never again.
Hotel bol veľmi pekný a čistý. Personál ústretový a milí. Raňajky a večere formou bufetu boli na vysokej úrovni. V celom hoteli vládla príjemná atmosféra. Veľkou výhodou bolo veľké a bezplatné parkovisko.
Vonkajší bazén bol naozaj dosť studený. Je to veľká škoda, pretože bol úžasne dlhý s nekonečným okrajom. Na izbe chýbalo miesto kde by sa dali usušit plavky.
