Great hotel, bad stay.
Pros:

Nice hotel, good location.

Cons:

People who were given a key to my room, instead of a vacant room (Man and a child), walked into my room while I was on the toilet. I tried to ask someone about it twice, and when staff saw me coming to the counter, they went through the door behind the counter and never came back. I did mention to staff I had never seen before when I checked out, and they agreed that it wasn't a good situation. I haven't heard from them since, been offered anything, even an appology.

Hidden gem on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Pros:

Property is beautifully located. We were there for a wedding at Palm Beach. It's about a 20 minute Uber to Palmy from the hotel. That worked well for us. They also have access to the water which is lovely.

Cons:

A couple of tiny things like the plastic seals missing from the glass shower screens, and the towel rail above the toilet slightly coming away from the wall. Overall a very nice room – just needs a few little Maintenance adjustments.
