Adequate but expensive for the value.
Pros:

The location is both a plus and not a plus. It is in the center of downtown Tallahassee, so convenient for many purposes. However, because it is downtown, it is noisy from traffic and a nearby fire station. Parking is limited and an extra charge.

If you wish to call the property and speak to someone on site, good luck! I tried to do this and was unsuccessful. Very frustrating.

I reserved the room for two out-of-town family members, and they liked their room and comfortable beds. But they did comment on the noisy location.

There was staff and restaurant open even on Thanksgiving eve and Thanksgiving day. Until midnight. I really appreciated it.

Kind of bad, room was cleaned only once, staff kind of rude, would not stay there again

WONDERFUL!
Pros:

I LOVED EVERYTHING!! And the fact that the hotel is pet friendly (seeing all of the fur babies), the hotel was still pleasant and clean! Will absolutely return and recommend!
