Eine schöne Auszeit in einem ruhigen Hotel
Pros:

Service/Personal und Essen top. Zimmer gut ausgestattet, mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Toller, sauberer Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Weg vom Gästehaus zum Haupthaus wegen der vielen Treppen nur bedingt für Menschen mit Einschränkungen geeignet.

Great location. Beautiful room with a view. Very quiet during summer.

Cons:

The hotel (and the room) needs some maintenance. If this is a four star superior, then a stained carpet or some wooden parts of the room not being intact is just not acceptable.

Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich, Abendessen sehr umfangreiches Buffet,

Freundliches Personal, enttäuschendes Zimmer
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super um mit dem Auto schnell zu verschiedenen Seilbahnen zu kommen.
Die Außenanlage und der Eingangsbereich wirken sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Auf meiner Frau ihrer Bettseite war bei Ankunft schon ein Haar zu finden. Da erwarte ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel deutlich mehr.
Zudem müssten dringend einige Reparaturen / Renovierungen vorgenommen werden. Haken im Klo sind in die Wand gedrückt. Die gelbe Tapete ist teilweise abgekratzt. Das Licht im Bad sehr dunkel, und der Spiegel teilweise angelaufen. Alles in allem wirkt es sehr veraltet und teilweise auch heruntergekommen. Das konnte dann der Smart TV mit Ambiente Beleuchtung auch nicht mehr retten.
