Great attention for details, great service, amaxing breakfast
The check-in/out erea is in the middle of the hotels' restaurant. Very noisy and crowded. Un welcoming.
Also renovation of the first floor , where our room was located , were on going all day including our afternoon nap.

The staff was so hospitable and kind. Beyond my expectations! I felt at home.
מלון נהדר. תענוג אמיתי. חדרים מושלמים. מיטות חלומיות. החדר מעוצב יפיפה ומרווח. מיקום בול במרכז. מפנק ברמות. נראה היה שחשבו עבורינו על כל פרט.
הכל כמעט מושלם למעט 2 דברים:
1. אין ממד במלון. היו 2 אזעקות בלילה והיינו צריכים לצאת מהמלון למקלט שנמצא בחניון של בניין המשרדים מעבר לכביש
2. הצוות מאוד מנומס אבל השירות מאוד איטי. התגובות לכל הבקשות שלנו היו איטיות באופן מוזר. כל דבר הכי קטן שביקשנו היו צריכים "לברר" והשאירו אותנו בהמתנה לא נעימה. למשל ביקשנו חלב לחדר - בכל פעם נענענו בשמחה אבל החלב הגיע רק אחרי 3 תזכורות טלפוניות. הגענו בזמן כדי לעלות לחדר בפעם הראשונה- הושיבו אותנו בבר להמתנה במשך רבע שעה, עד שנגשנו לברר מה קרה. ביקשנו להחליף שולחן במסעדה, המאחרת נעלמה עד שאנחנו ניגשנו לחפש אותה. אפילו להתכתבות בווטסאפ הגיבו רק למחרת, כשזה לא היה כבר רלוונטי.
המלון אלגנטי, יפה ונוח. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת.
המקום רועש מאוד. שומעים בחדר כל דיבור בקומה ובחוץ. אכלנו במלון ארוחת ערב והרעש היה בלתי נסבל ממש, גם הצפיפות. חבל.
מיקום מעולה, מלון יפהפה,ארוחת בוקר נהדרת,
הצוות נפלא.
הרעש זה הדבר שלי הפריע מאוד.
שומעים כל רשרוש בחדר, אין בידוד.
בחדר אוכל בערב זה פשוט בלתי נסבל במיוחד כשהמסעדה מלאה.
חובה לטפל בזה כי זה פוגם בשלמות של המלון.

בצ׳ק אין עקבו אותנו 20 דק בטענה שהיינו צריכים להביא דרכון
עד ששכנעתי שיש לי רשיון נהיגה ואישרו התווכחו איתי
היה 4 אזעקות בלילה
וגם התארחנו במסעדה של המלון
הוצאנו כמעט 600 ש״ח במסעדה
ו1400 ללילה
הייתה מצפה שבזמן מלחמה יתנו הנחה לאורחים או לייט צ׳אק אוט
אחרי לילה כזה

לזוג שיוצא למלון בזמן מלחמה לחגוג הייתה מצפה מהמקום לתת הרגשה אקסטרה נוחה
