זהו מקום של עוצמה, כזה שרוצים לחזור אליו שוב ושוב. מלון בוטיק עם 12 חדרים בלבד ומסעדה שאף פעם לא נשארת ריקה – תאמינו לי.
כל אנשי הצוות כאן אדיבים, מכבדים, חמים. כל בקשה שתגידו – תתממש. רוצים לקרוא ספרים? פשוט תיכנסו לחדר – מחכה לכם שם ספרייה אישית 📚.
והמשפט “קוואקר, סר” – הוא לא מיתוס, זו מציאות. וזה לא אופייני לישראל: כאן תקבלו דייסת שיבולת שועל מפוררת, טעימה, עם קוקוס קלוי, אגוזים וסירופ מייפל. אם אתם אוהבים – תזמינו בביטחון לארוחת בוקר.
והפנקייקים – סיפור אחר לגמרי. עם פירות יער טריים, נמסים בפה. גם מאפינס האוכמניות מומלצים בחום. והגרייפפрут סחוט טרי בקיץ – פשוט מרענן.
ועם סלמון מעושן, גבינת שמנת ולחם שיפון טעים – זו כבר אגדה.
מקום שכל פרט בו מוקפד, מלא בטעם טוב וסטנדרטים גבוהים. מקום שמקבלים אותך בלב פתוח ובחיוך. צוות עם טאקט שלא מחכה שתפנה אליו – הוא כבר יכבד אותך ויארח אותך כמו שצריך.
אין צורך להסביר כאן מה צריך לעשות. הכול קורה מעצמו – ברמה הגבוהה ביותר.
מומלץ בחום גם לאכול ארוחת ערב במסעדה – הכול טעים. בשר, דגים, פירות ים, וגם למי שלא אוכל בשר או פירות ים – יש מבחר טעים.
לקינוח לקחתי אגס אדום עם סטילטון ואנדיב – אני קוראת לזה קינוח בריא עם טוויסט. לא עוגה, לא פרי רגיל ולא סלט – חוויה שצריך לטעום.
גם הארטישוק הירושלמי והאספרגוס עם פרמזן – פשוט תענוג.
זו בדיוק ההוכחה שאפשר ליהנות מאוכל גם בלי בשר – הנאה גסטרונומית מושלמת.

יפה , קלאסי , מרווח ובמיקום נהדר , הצוות מדהים בלי יוצא מן הכלל מאוד שירותיים , נחמדים ועוזרים תמיד
