Refreshing night with a great staff
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk, Gina, I believe her name was. Is the reason that I continue to come back to Hilton Garden in North Little Rock. The facilities are always clean the rooms always smell good when you walk into them and everybody I’ve encountered has always been friendly. I will continue to frequent this hotel.

it was on but I have been to better hotels
Pros:

Breakfast was good, Dee Dee was very nice and accommodating to my wishes.

Cons:

The receptionist upon check-in she was not friendly at all nor helpful. I was seeking clarity for a Booking reservation upon check-in she refused to look at the paperwork nor give any explanation. Overall she was very unwelcoming.

The mattress was too soft causing y back to ache.

I don’t know her name but the amazing woman who checked us in has fantastic customer service skills and I wish she would come and work for me! Also my bed was so comfortable I cried!

Krusty Towers
Pros:

They make you pay 10$ to park…in the parking of the hotel you are also paying to stay at. Holy cow on top of that in order to eat a muffin and get a glass of orange juice they charge 10$ for their “continental” breakfast. Have you ever see SpongeBob the Krusty towers episode? Felt like that. Wouldn’t be shocked if they started charging 1.5 an hour to turn the A/c on in the room, which didn’t work. Nice hotel though and super nice staff just wow could the owner get any cheaper.

Convenient location, great staff, and the restaurant makes very delicious food. Building is well maintained and the room seems to have been recently renovated.

All three of the Front Desk Agents were friendly and helpful.

Excellent. Great stay. Mary in the bar was great. Breakfast was wonderful and reasonable priced.

Over all good stay.
Pros:

Room was clean, lobby was clean, morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Liked being able to get a jr suite with the pullout couch for our family of 5.

Cons:

Did NOT like having to pay to park, that seemed like a complete rip off. Nighttime check in lady wasn’t very friendly and she talked so fast she was confusing.
