The room was very comfy and large, the shower was very hot .
They make you pay 10$ to park…in the parking of the hotel you are also paying to stay at. Holy cow on top of that in order to eat a muffin and get a glass of orange juice they charge 10$ for their “continental” breakfast. Have you ever see SpongeBob the Krusty towers episode? Felt like that. Wouldn’t be shocked if they started charging 1.5 an hour to turn the A/c on in the room, which didn’t work. Nice hotel though and super nice staff just wow could the owner get any cheaper.
Convenient location, great staff, and the restaurant makes very delicious food. Building is well maintained and the room seems to have been recently renovated.
All three of the Front Desk Agents were friendly and helpful.
Front desk was really nice
Small tv
I liked the location.
It could have been cleaner, but it was okay for the price.
Beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated. Great location. Very convenient for our doctors appointment.
Nothing
Room was clean, lobby was clean, morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Liked being able to get a jr suite with the pullout couch for our family of 5.
Did NOT like having to pay to park, that seemed like a complete rip off. Nighttime check in lady wasn’t very friendly and she talked so fast she was confusing.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Helpful staff
Located far enough from the major freeways to dampen most of the road noise but also a quick and easy on & off.
We were charged $10 to park our car in an unprotected open ground level parking lot in front of the hotel. This was a first for us and we take plenty of road trips. Never have I paid for this kind of parking except in a densely populated big city. Little Rock is definitely not that.
great room and bar
being charged for parking. is this a new money grab by hilton? 2 properties on this trip have charged for parking. it is enough for me to avoid hiltons from now on.
Loved everything
Location
TV in gym doesn’t work.
Asked for a room on the top floor-when booking the room-didn’t get that.
Rooms need updating-chipped paint-rugs
Spider in bathroom
No drain covers in bathroom sink or tub-had to place a rag over the drain opening.
Bed was soft. Good water pressure.
We lost our dog sitter for one of 2 of our reserved lights. I contacted Booking.com to make the change and they contacted the property, according to a message. The property did not respond, so I called the hotel directly on two separate occasions and got no answer. I sent them a message explaining we would only be arriving for the second night. When we arrived, they had charged me as a no-show for the first night and cancelled the second. I told her how I had tried 3 different ways to contact them, including directly, and she said too bad, it was on me to make sure I spoke to a person. I asked how, if they didn't answer the phone or have someone check messages. She repeated her assertion that it was "on me" and did not take the charge off. She did find us a room -- at a higher cost. Hilton properties are the only properties I've ever had issues with, and I will avoid them whenever possible in the future.
