Pros:

I didn’t like anything. The manager James was very rude and short tempered. And the the boy that worked at the register told me I had to be patient when I asked for my room to be clean. They were all rude to me and my family and we are never going back

Horrible
Cons:

Turned me away at desk at 130am with three children, then charged for reservation I had made just then but on the wrong date. Slept in my car in parking lot with 3 little girls. Horrible

The hotel his now using natural cleaning products. It no longer reeks of carpet fresh.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and convenient to where we had to go.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was dim especially in bathroom. Needs brighter bulbs to see better when applying makeup.

not our best stay!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean!

Cons:

room 413 had an issue with the toilet. It took a long time for the toilet to shut off. Then when it shut off about 10-15 minutes later, it turned on again. It needs to be checked. Also, there was no shampoo in the shower.
We have stayed here many times and were always satisfied. This time not so much.
we did get a good night's sleep with ear plugs though!
