Perfect stay
Anouar is truly one of the best hotel receptionists I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism. He was always attentive, patient, and eager to help with every request, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The Aircon in the room
TV did not work at all and they knew I was coming .I even checked in after 5pm which was enough time to make sure everything will be fine.they were very fast to take my money and did not worry about anything else.i won't book there again in my life.and the back of the hotel where my window was facing,the view had rubbish everywhere.they only put a small bottle of warm water to drink not even a glass or cold water.the room don't have fridge .the only good thing is the porter guys that carry your bags to your rooms they very sweet and friendly and very helpful.
I asked for a tagine with prunes they bring me a 2 piece of meat with few prunes and a egg cut in 4.and bread .what a bloody joke!!!!!
A tagine should be a tagine traditional not a small plate of meat n few prunes.
The waiter was helpful tho.i did tip him well.
During the soccer game I needed to order more things and everyone was not available untill I told them off.they should be working not off duty because of anything as I paid for my room and am a customer.
All I can advise is please don't pay before seeing the rooms!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were outstanding, especially Anouar and Yassir. They were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail made me feel valued from the moment I arrived until I checked out.
Anouar and Yassir went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing excellent service and making my stay smooth and enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to their exceptional hospitality. Thank you both for making my visit so memorable!
The reception are so kind they even gave us early checkin coz we had a morning flight and arrived early, the pool is nice in the morning and afternoon, i dont think you can enjoy it past that because people stay at the bar next to the pool, but we already had our fill of it.
The rooms are very VERY spacious and well equipped.
We took indrive from and back to the airport for 20$ coz it was pretty near.
Overall it was a very calm stay and we loved it there.

Location which was our fault as we didn’t investigate enough our stay, but what really annoyed us was the smoking
It was a bar open to non residents which was right next to the restaurant with no partition and everyone in the bar smoked and any case it would not have mattered if there was an extension because people were allowed to smoke in the restaurant. This has unfortunately been our experience throughout Morocco and if there is a smoking restriction in Morocco no one enforces it.
