Very relaxing
Pros:

Staff was friendly , I was left to my own devices.
Food at the restaurant was great especially the pizza.
I am definitely planning on going there again sometime this month.

Cons:

The gurantee was 600 for some reason, and I hadnt paid it before which was strange , and it took 4 days to refund the money.
I just wish the refund money was less .
Breakfast was also sub par.

Superbe hôtel, extrêmement propre et moderne. L'équipe entière est aux petits soins et veille constamment au confort des clients. Un remerciement tout particulier à Anouar pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son accompagnement irréprochable du premier au dernier jour. Tout était parfait !

Anouar is truly one of the best hotel receptionists I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism. He was always attentive, patient, and eager to help with every request, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The Aircon in the room

Cons:

TV did not work at all and they knew I was coming .I even checked in after 5pm which was enough time to make sure everything will be fine.they were very fast to take my money and did not worry about anything else.i won't book there again in my life.and the back of the hotel where my window was facing,the view had rubbish everywhere.they only put a small bottle of warm water to drink not even a glass or cold water.the room don't have fridge .the only good thing is the porter guys that carry your bags to your rooms they very sweet and friendly and very helpful.
I asked for a tagine with prunes they bring me a 2 piece of meat with few prunes and a egg cut in 4.and bread .what a bloody joke!!!!!
A tagine should be a tagine traditional not a small plate of meat n few prunes.
The waiter was helpful tho.i did tip him well.
During the soccer game I needed to order more things and everyone was not available untill I told them off.they should be working not off duty because of anything as I paid for my room and am a customer.
All I can advise is please don't pay before seeing the rooms!!!!
