L'emplacement proche des transports en commun.
Le personnel accueillant, à l'écoute et très serviable.

Cons:

Le bruit dans le couloir. J'entendais les aller et venues des usagers dans les couloirs (portes qui claquent, clés, pas) et le lit était proche de la porte, pas pratique pour dormir.
Les toiles d'araignée bien visibles sur les plafonniers.
