There was absolutely nothing which made our stay pleasant that we had to literally leave the hotel on the third day morning. We'll never visit that hotel again, nor will let any of our relatives go there.
Nothing which we liked about.
We were supposed to be there for a 7 days stay which we booked through booking.com
While we were checking in , the staff at the counter named Nandita asked for a 50% payment (stay was ideally for 7 days) and we gave our credit card for that. While she was about to swipe the card , another staff named Vinodini (that was what I gathered) stopped her and demanded 100% payment. I disagreed and asked why there was no consensus among staff . For which Vinodini said , she is the authority. When I said I am not willing to accept that , she asked us to leave and blatantly refused entry. She was so rude in her behaviour. I demanded that I need to speak to someone senior. She picked up the phone and spoke to someone , saying someone at the counter is refusing to make any payment! So she can't let them in ! I asked for the phone, spoke to the gentleman and he said only 50% payment needs to be done. I checked in.
As soon as we reached the room ,we got a call from housekeeping saying there is no hot water available and hence water will be given in buckets for taking bath. Two buckets per person. That too , 30 minutes notice to be given!! It was told that it will be for the entire stay !!
And then it was hell after that for everything. No toileries ! When asked, they said it is only for suite rooms ( we paid 7000 rupees per day for our room ) .
And it goes on and on . We left on the third day .
Such a bitter experience. I filled the feedback form on the day of leaving. Not a single call from their side till date .
Such a horrible experience.
Had to wait for sometime at the time of check in. Also the room which we first checked in had some lock issues. After check in also the repair work continued for about 45 minutes after which we had to request for a change of room. We had paid the full amount at check in but at the time of check out the staff gave bill without deduction of rent. If we hadn't cross checked the bill we would have had to pay the full amount
good and served properly.
TV was not functioning with remote comtrol.
breakfast was ok but was not included in the room rate and had to pay separately
need more space in the bath room and should provide handle in the bath room to avoid slippery
