Excellent. My grandchildren had fun in the pool and the staff was terrific.
Pros:

The staff, friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately, next to a busy road where you heard trucks and cars all night long.

Pros:

We were very pleased with everything. Liked the room layout, with separation between bedroom from other areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bedroom curtain didn’t block all the morning light, and the shower curtain kept sliding toward the center because the rod was sloping. Very minor issues.

I would stay again!
Pros:

Military discount, staff were great and seemed to actually enjoy their place of employment and took pride in their work, comfortable and clean rooms

Cons:

The breakfast selection was limited and the noise from outside traffic. Wish the mini fridge had a freezer.

Restful stay with hotel and hot tub.
Pros:

We only got coffee and a muffin at breakfast, but it was fine. Easy access to the hotel from all major roads. My Granddaughter LOVED the pool and hottub. My wife loved having HBO.

Cons:

There were no towels in the pool area, but we went and got some from the room so it was OK.

Pros:

My check in experience was nice and quick. I didn't get the gentlemens name but when I checked my room it was missing a chair near the reading floor lamp and this front desk gentlemen had one placed in the room in less then 10 minutes

Cons:

I was staying at this hotel for the pool and free breakfast and was disappointed in both. The only night that I could have enjoyed the pool, they closed it for a mission screw in the ladder, however there was another entrance into the pool. They handled this incorrectly. The ladder could have been taped off with a sign as my entire group were adults that only wanted to use the hot tub which we were told no because of this one missing screw from the pool ladder. As far as breakfast it left nothing to be desired. It totally missed the mark with this
