The friendly staff, the ambiance, the location.
We stayed in room 504 which is a large family room. The ceiling fan and air conditioner did not work. The staff fixed the air conditioner immediately after we reported it to reception, but the fan could not be fixed. Given the size of the room it was quite hot without the ceiling fan.

Position of hotel for our needs was excellent. Room was lovely, bed very
comfortable. So great to have a bath and not only a shower.
The coffee could not have been re-stocked when the room was cleaned, and unfortunately house keeping never delivered the coffee when requested.

The hotel is lovely and pretty, and we were able to have dinner on site and our room was comfortable.
The bathroom light and bedroom light were connected, which was extremely frustrating as our young child was asleep in the bedroom, and we couldn't use the bathroom easily as we couldn't turn on the light. Also the noise was rather excessive outside the building, coming up through our window, as well as other guests making a lot of noise very late at night in the passage going past our room. This was not pleasant.
Located very well next to the highway. It is very clean and has friendly staff.
