The pictures on the Expedia web site were not a true reflection of the condition of the property.
The Gym was in a sorry state and was very small.
The staff in the dining room at breakfast were not very friendly or helpful.

Defo needs updating, there was furniture broken a phone that didn’t work. I would defo not go there again

I selected very specific add-ons for my reservation. The original price of the reservation and the price after the add-ons was significant- this is how I remember this was all added. Upon arrival to the hotel, they told me I only had one room when I had two and that there weren’t any other add-ons that were purchased. I had to encourage them to do their job diligently and recheck my reservation to which they finally acknowledged their error but told me it was two rooms but no breakfast was added. They gave me the run around and told me I had to reach out to the site where I made the reservation if I wanted to get help. This is why I sent them numerous emails and messages a week BEFORE flying in to confirm all the details but of course they didn’t respond to a single one of them. Very disorganized and disappointing hotel.

The hotel location great and good service , size of room good and special thanks to the employee work in pool and sauna he is so friendly .

Friendly & efficient welcome. Allowed to access room well ahead of official check in time. Initial room smelt of smoke and we were given an alternative. Overall look & feel of the place is dated - and in part, less than clean. Investment needed !

Very basic mattresses

Wifi connection sometimes go slow, there were no coffee or tea available. We requested slippers but need to follow-up thrice before we received. The smell of the corridor is awful

The breakfast was terrible everything was cold and not much choice. The sheets were not changed every day.

All the staffs were very friendly especially Dil Murod was very kind and helpful to us.

A lovely hotel where staff cant do enough for you and has an excellent location, from where you can travel too anywhere in Dubai with ease using the Metro. Breakfast has a great variety too and always something different to try! Would definitely stay again.
