My husband had to have surgery at the nearby Bryan hospital. The manager allowed us to have a late checkout so my husband could have adequate recovery and rest before our four hour trip home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Clean, Comfortable
Pool was closed in the morning. Kids still wanted to swim before leaving. Need more than 1 waffle maker, especially when you have bigger families come through. It takes a long time to just make one.
My kids liked the pool, that’s about it.
My first room the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The door also wouldn’t close all the way and when I push it closed and then pulled on the handle the door would open. I then went in the hall closed the door all the way and yet again it could be opened without even the key card. The carpet was also torn in the room and not just a little. I got moved to another room and the door would lock however carpet was still ripped. Faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. Also I was charged $250.00 TWICE and then a $100 incident fee… definitely NOT worth 600 upfront!
The bed was comfortable the staff to check me and was pleasant
I didn't get my $100 deposit back this was on the 13th of February today is the 23rd of February and it still hasn't been released I called the so-called manager John trying to ask what was going on and the first time he hung up on me. I called back I said you didn't even ask my name or my information the day I stayed he told me I could come down and apologize to him when I found out how wrong I was. I asked him for his boss's name and number he said his boss's name was Sam and refused to give me anyway to get a hold of his boss. This is John who claims he's the manager there was very unprofessional very rude was not willing to help me solve this problem so I had to go to my bank and file a claim against that Motel. This is never happened to me before and I will tell everybody not to go to this Motel because of this John. If this Sam reads this please reach out to me your associate John refused to tell me how to get a hold of you. And I'm not going to apologize to him for anything because 10 days later I'm still waiting for the release. Obviously he doesn't know how to do it. It is very rude and unprofessional of him to tell me to come apologize to him when I find out that I'm wrong. When I told him I am a store manager and it is very unprofessional and that is not how I would let somebody run my business he questioned where I worked at and I told him this is why I work check it out and I'm the store manager I will never go there again and I will tell everybody how rude this John was
The first room they gave us was not cleaned. The second room the heater would not heat. The third room heated up some but we also set it up to 90 and it never got anywhere near that. I went to desk and asked for two blankets and we made that work.
We stayed for 4 days the room only cleaned once. The hotel should detail what ingredients in breakfast meat for belief’s preference, and should have provide breakfast meats that can consume by anyone, like chicken or Turkeys meat
It just a really nice place to stay.

This property needs some major renovations/repairs. The location is great. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Location was great! Comfy bed, nice sized room.
Long wait at check-in, not super friendly. No directions on how to get to room or other amenities. The room was HOT when we got in - had to run the AC in December to bring it to a comfortable temp as the windows did not open.
Clean comfortable and friendly staff I had a very pleasant stay in Lincoln. I will definitely stay back at this location if I have the opportunity to do so.
Location was great!
Food options were limited compared to other Comfort Inn/ Suites locations. Shower fixtures were so loose it felt they were going to come out of the wall! Cost was high for what we got! Checked back day or two before we arrived and prices had dropped a lot but we would have been penalized if you cancelled and rescheduled at lower rate!
