Very dissatisfied with booking.com lack of communication with hotel to find my reservation.

Cons:

They could not find my reservation. I spent time waiting for a solution to this problem, They finally gave me a room and I was charged twice for it. I had to spend more time trying to get them to remove one set of charges.

The location was perfect for the port. The room was big and confortable as well.

Cons:

The breakfast was just for 2 people, and we booked the hotel to 5 people. In any moment this information was clear in the booking app, I just receive on the check in.
