Pros:

The hotel was very close to the cruise port. It was clean, the room well appointed, and served it's purpose.

Cons:

The hotel is a hub for cruisers, therefore it's exxtremely busy and expensive. The desk staff are overrun and not particularly friendly.

Clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Pool area was small and hard to get chairs. No continental breakfast. Air freshener was so strong it was making my chest hurt in the lobby.

Pros:

It was a very spacious room beautiful lots of space very comfortable I only spent one night but it was great

Cons:

The front desk wasn't as helpful when I was asking if there were places walking distance to get food I found food a block or so away but being my first time to Fort Lauderdale I wasn't familiar with my surroundings

Pros:

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Fort Lauderdale was average. There isn’t much to do. The worst part was that I accidentally left two dinner jackets in the closet. I reported it the next day, and they were never found.

Don't blow your nose!
Pros:

Loved the senior guy at the car park entrance. Made me feel welcome & helped me park. Born in Matinique & lived in Paris when young.
Lack of welcome & respect at reception though!!

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to be included for all guests but the hotel has a maximum 2 guest coupon available per room which although is you search on the hotel website this is policy but is not mentioned on the booking.com site, this results in an extra charge of $19.99 per guest.
