Pros:

The staff was very friendly!

Cons:

When we got to our room there was water on the floor in the bathroom and the walkway entrance felt slimy on the floor. We slipped trying to walk in. The plugs next to our bed didn't work.

Disgusting
Pros:

Jeremy, was great. We have stayed before, almost a year ago. It was nice to see him still there

Cons:

My daughter contracted bed bugs. When I called the hotel to discuss, I was met with denial and rudeness. I have pictures of my home and beds/furniture (advice of my daughter’s pediatrician to check all furniture). my daughter’s arms and legs etc. I am disgusted in the level of unprofessionalism I received when discussing this horrible incident

Every stay at this hotel has been great!
Pros:

Didn’t make it to breakfast but, I enjoyed the snacks.
The room was perfect. Big enough for my sister and I, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The receptionist and cleaning staff were very nice and attentive.

Cons:

Everything was perfect! No complaints.

Smelled awful
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was good , staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel smells like mold, was not willing to cancel to change to a different hotel without a fee
