JW Marriott always lives up to our expectations.
Pros:

While we didn't eat breakfast there, our dinner was outstanding. The room is huge by Ho Chi Minh standards, and the bathroom is also quite luxurious. Staff are helpful and courteous, and the location is very convenient.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't have a lobby. The entrance and the way to the check-in counter are through their restaurant, which I found unusual.

Near the best spots
Pros:

The breakfast was very satisfying, and the complimentary coconut water was a nice touch. Housekeeping responded quickly whenever assistance was requested. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The location was perfect — close to everything. Everyone at the reception was very helpful. I also used the dry-cleaning service, which was efficient and fast.

Well located . Lovely hotel
Pros:

Hotel room was lovely . It was spacious and comfortable . Bed was comfortable and towels were lush . We throughly enjoyed the breakfast spread and room service.
The hotel is upgrading and lobby counters were moved to a different floor but there were staff to guide . Restaurant staff were attentive and housekeeping on our floor was pleasant and helpful. Pool and gym were a good size.
We liked our city view as well .
Hotel is very well located and walkable to main attractions

Only minor downside was that our room phone didn’t really work and the voice quality was fuzzy and there weren’t any kid friendly TV channels ( only one baby channel ). Tv was also old and images were a tad fuzzy - would be good if it could also be linked with Netflix .
