The service here is outstanding.
The dinner buffet service really good also. The value of the dinner buffet wasn't great though based on type of food provided and quality.

All I can is wow what an amazing hotel, check was flawless and staff so helpful.

It is a really comfortable and centrally located hotel. Great service, breakfast and amenities. The restaurants in the hotel are also top nudge. Unfortunately the renovation works were slight noisy, however staff had got out of their way to make us comfortable and move us to a different side of the hotel. Big shout out to the Loyalty manager Katie Trung for all her effort and help! Nagyon szepen koszonunk mindent kedves Katie! :)

The Marriott brand should be ashamed. This place is subpar and Customer service is horrible. First of all when you drive into the hotel, the J in the JW is missing and one of the Rs in the Marriott is missing so that says a lot about what is going wrong here. We paid for a stay with breakfast and we have a receipt to prove but they refused to honour it. Secondly, they said this is a non-smoking hotel. Our room smells like five people smoke here last night and they didn’t air it out. I rarely rarely ever make a complaint so this is how horrible it is. This is Ho Chi Minh and maybe not the North American standard but it is still your brand and you should know that it sucks right now. The guy at front desk his name is DUY there.

The staff is the best trained staff I ever seen my life and I am spoiled and used to stay in 5 star properties. Receptionist super friendly and helpful to get us connecting rooms. Cleaner - oh my OCD was dancing how this guy cleaned the rooms. Forgot his name but room 903-904 amazing job 🙏. Room service - you called they came in less then 5 minutes. Never seen a room service like this. Unbelievable awesome 👏.
Breakfast also top notch - could not even try all of it.
Amazing Gym facilities as well again with super nice staff.
Small pool with an wonderful stunning garden one level up. So beautiful 🤩 on oasis in the middle of the city.
Beds comfortable in a nice room normal size.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was beautiful, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that really made it feel special. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A standout feature was the rooftop bar—definitely a big plus. The location was also ideal, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

I wish to express my sincerest gratitude after a fascinating dream staying in your hotel!

The seventy hours of our short passage were filled with a series of wonderful surprises: wonderful location/architecture, wonderful swimming pool/terrasse garden/fitness center the warm welcome atmosphere, amazing foods (breakfast and lounge cocktail dinner), and above all, whole staff outstanding service! So professional and radiant with the spirit of service, really impressed me! I was more than delighted with spending this unprecedentedly extraordinary period which stands top among all of my experiences in prestigious hotel brandings of five continents!

So special thanks to whole JW Marriott who provided us the first class top service! My brother and me are also so thankful towards other ladies gentlemen of restaurant/lounge whose names I couldn't remember with some regrets, for their outstanding services as well as their most beautiful smiles!

Прекрасный персонал, подготовили номер, пока нас регистрировали, и заселили раньше положенного на 4 часа. Великолепный сервис: сумки доставили в номер, валюту обменяли на месте и дали рекомендации по об конникам в городе, вечером перед нашим возвращением закрыли шторы и включили кондиционер, принесли расслабляющую соль для ванны (у нас был долгий день шоппинга, о чем говорили персоналу). Хороший английский, без проблем понимали друг друга. В пешей доступности основные ТЦ и брендовые магазины, а также вкусные рестораны.

Good facilities. I like the design of the ballroom, good for event and wedding party.
The renovated cafe lounge look more fancy and comfortable with nice staff and afternoon tea.
Highly recommend.

While we didn't eat breakfast there, our dinner was outstanding. The room is huge by Ho Chi Minh standards, and the bathroom is also quite luxurious. Staff are helpful and courteous, and the location is very convenient.
