Pros:

Excellent location and the staff on the desk were excellent. It’s comfortable and clean but maybe needing a little bit of updating now. I don’t think anything has been done in the bedroom and bathroom areas since it opened. But I recommend it for a pleasant stay and everything is in walking distance around it.

spoil a bit by noisy room next to ours on first nigh with child running about and we didnt get sleep

lovely room, excellent breakfast although limited gluten free options

Cons:

meals in bar could have been better regarding gluten free , menu only states gluten free sticky toffee pudding , ok if you not that hungry but seriously when i asked at bar for gluten free menu they came out with a list on paper that even they couldnt read hence we did not eat main meals at hotel. when looking at menu it states vegan and plant based but not gluten free people having a serious gluten free allergy would like to see gf options on a menu too ,it doesnt take much to do this maybe they should review this. must add that it does say to speak to member of staff for options but list was unreadable
