Excellent location but that’s about it. Not worth the money.
Pros:

Excellent location right in union square. Train station and bus station are practically on site. Comfortable bed. Excellent black out curtains and relatively quiet for the location.

Cons:

The shower head was filthy and the water pressure was extremely poor. To turn the TV on was a chore as the switch was off and hidden behind the unit. The room looked clean at the surface but when I went through everything to turn the TV on I encountered lots of dust and I didn’t realise how bad the shower was until I went to have one. Then when we finally got the TV working the remote didn’t work and we only got four channels. For over £100 a night I expect a lot better. Reception area is nice but the rooms are a bit dated in my opinion.

Excellent value in heart of city
Pros:

It’s perfectly located in heart of the city. It’s comfortable has friendly staff and with a decent breakfast is good value for money

Cons:

Minor grumble around the cleanliness of the lounge. Tables cleared quickly and wiped but food left on floor.
