Pros:

Desayuno muy bien surtido y adecuado a necesidades de tiempo y estancia.

Disappointing
Pros:

Lemon iced water in reception was good

Cons:

Rooms were tired
No shade for pool. Towels old and stained for pool. Staff generally uninterested, more interested in their phones than customer service. Bill wrong was corrected when pointed out but no apology for over charge.

Just fine, but ...
Pros:

This hotel itself is just fine. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint was $16 a day for parking when the parking lot was just a regular hotel parking lot. And fairly empty, actually. $16 for the breakfast buffet also seemed high for what nearby hotels offer free-of-charge. It felt like a money grab for a mid hotel. But it was nice, safe, and a good location.

Aside from that instance it was a nice stay.
Pros:

It was walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was nice with outdoor seating. Rooms were very nice as well.

Cons:

We sat near the front doors inside where there it was a lounging area. We were opening a bottle of wine. An employee told us we could not open anything or have food because there was a bar. The bar was closed. The employees were eating chicken fil a and Canes. And it was raining outside. I thought that was inhospitable and rude. They didn’t serve the wine we were opening either.

Nice staff and location but needs some work on the hotel
Pros:

Location is great. Staff is great. Easy to walk to the nearby stripmall/restaurants.

Cons:

The toilet in my room kept running constantly. The elliptical in they gym kept re-setting. Wifi was constantly in and out. The rooms seemed a little dingy and outdated.

Pros:

Very pleasant stay. Hotel is nestled in a densely wooded area near the heart of The Woodlands. Very well-kept property with reasonable room rates for the area, friendly and helpful staff, and close to local attractions. Will stay here again.
