I was disappointed the breakfast had an additional cost and was not included in rate quoted and booked online
Room 224 had toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor. The two large plants by the front entrance were dead.
Very comfortable very spacious beds were comfy very clean pool and hot tub was very clean and nice staff was very nice very welcoming
There was nothing I didn't like about this place
Good central location.
This hotel was one of the more expensive in the area and was beat up. Chips in the tub, rusted shower drain, chipped paint in the room and common spaces.
The facility is amazing and the staff.
Staff very friendly.
Pay Hilton price for a nice clean room. Compared to Comfort Inn and Suites, the later offers same quality room, friendly staff, free breakfast.
Hilton charged $50 pet fee for 2 nights. At Comfort there has been either $20 fee or no fee for 2 night stay.
Hilton price isn't worth it.
The location is perfect
REcommended.
I chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel since you have to pay for it.
I wish that the dinner menu was more expansive. I chose to eat elsewhere because of the limited menu options.
I actually live in the area but my sister (who lives out of the area) and I saw a show at the Kirby Center and decided to get a hotel to level up the experience and to make it easier to Uber to and from the show. I chose this hotel for the location and my sister had stayed there before and liked it. I liked that you can walk across the parking lot to Starbucks and other restaurants. My sister and I ate at Miller's Ale House, which was open late, and just walked back to the hotel. We only stayed one night and didn't take advantage of some of the other things the hotel had to offer, but everything we experienced was great. The time before that my sister stayed there, they had drinks at the bar and had a great experience with the bartender, as well.
I expected it to be cheaper (Wilkes Barre in January) but I think there was an event going on at the Arena across the street, which probably made prices go up.
Comfortable, clean, nice restaurant, friendly staff, convenient location right off I 81. All the necessary amenities.
I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but my family members did have breakfast, but was not happy with the meal, the set up was appetizing, the overall area was clean, service was good, friendly atmosphere, food needs improvement , the was plenty of restaurants and other business in the area, everything was close by. Calm and peaceful surroundings
Food was not good at the hotel restaurant, and they said I could pay with cash, when I checked out, but the lady refused to except my cash even though I had exact cash amount, unfortunately the guy wasn’t there, who said I could use cash at checkout. There was no help with luggage, we had to get the luggage carrier ourselves and bring it back down when we were done, otherwise it was a nice place to stay clean and quiet. Peaceful and relaxing
