Wet limited shuttle service, the walk from ferry is about 800 meters. Easy walk to center Macau

Very convenient to go anywhere

Muy lindo el hotel! La habitación era preciosa y muy espaciosa me encantó! Solo que si olía a cigarro en el piso. Lo bueno es que en la habitación no. Muy buena atención del personal y tenían shuttle a los ferrys.

Warm welcome, room excellent. Swimming pool brilliant. Room service prompt and good value. Scaffolding on outside of building which spoilt the hotel look. Noisy pile driving going on during the day.

Checked into a room at this place. Specifically ask for the Junior Suite showed the concierge a photo of the room and details and they put me in a tiny smelly room which was 800 Hong Kong dollars (300 dearer than booking.com) and charged 1000 Hong Kong dollars for security fee.
Went back to concierge and stated that is not the room requested, he stated that room was not available.
I pressed him on the fact that it was still available on booking.com and he stated it was only for privileged guests.
What an absolute rude flog.
Asked for a refund and left.
Recommend that no one should ever go through that kind of abuse.

Everything is excellent

The property is dated but clean. However ppl smoke everywhere so the smell clings on everything and everywhere.

Very Good

Standard gambling hotel property. Large, clean rooms that are a bit impersonal but have all the basics incliding a comfy bed. Robes and a full selection of toiletries provided. Front desk people were surly and unpleasant at both check in and checkout. Hotel on the upper end of the strip but that made it peaceful. Walkable to the ruins and Senator Square and the bigger, more popular casinos at the bottom of the strip. Not a lot of dining choices around the property, but there is an in-house restaurant and café (didn't look interesting so i didn't try). It's very close to the outer harbour ferry terminal which is a bonus. Overall a good place to stay except for the cold staff.

I have to walk to another hotel to take buses out to the new town area

We stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest option compared to others and it has a pool. We were looking forward to it. Pool access is free; however, we need to pay an additional MOP 50 per person just for the swim cap/shower cap, which we thought would be free for all guests. We were a bit disappointed, so we ended up not swimming and decided to use the MOP 50 for our dinner instead of the swim cap. Lol. Still we recommend this hotel and near the ferry terminal and bus stop.

The room is roomy. We added an extra bed and the extra bed is comfy than expected. However, the towel has a dead insect attached that scared me off. The hair blower is working well except it cannot be turned off. We can only “turned it off” by unplugging it.

It has a pool and it's very clean. But the air conditioning is set so low, it's actually very, very cold. Stayed 2 days, it never got warmer and I had trouble sleeping.

그럼에도 불구하고 stay 하기 좋은 hotel 직원들 매우 친절함 전기 충전 한국 전자기기도 다 되는 콘센트 벽에 있음

It was my 4th time stay @ casa real with friends & family… one of the best Hotel in Macau. Location, Service & Staff support is always remarkable. If you want to win in Casino, you need max luck…which I don’t have. My luck always blooming @ Sand’s Casino..😜😃
stay @ Casa Real is unforgettable, pleasant. Food serving in resturant has variety of food for vegetarians. Walking distance to Ferry Terminal is also a most positive side of the Hotel. Overall 9 out of 10 to the Hotel. 👍👍
