Staff
Parking
Fantastic location. We had a great corner room overlooking the ballpark. Staff was helpful, even during a tornado warning- helping to evacuate everyone to the basement level.
Bell struggled to keep the breakfast stocked
Very comfortable!! In a great location. The staff were great. My children enjoyed the pool area. There was a weather event and the staff handled it perfectly. We will choose this location every time!
The breakfast set up was a little chaotic but that was because there were so many guests.
Most everything. Room was great
The price. The parking price
Proximity to paycom stadium, the canal, good food. The pool was great!
Parking was a little expensive
Breakfast is top tier . Swimming pool is amazing for the kids .
Parking is the worse
Loved the location as it was near Bricktown in OKC. We could look out our window and see the minor league baseball game which thrilled my husband. Very nice facility and staff and the beds were very comfortable.
The parking was priced a little high but I understand that in that area, parking is difficult to find. It was very secure, though.
The coffee was wonderful.
I could not sleep because there was a big dent in the mattress. The pillow that I tried to sleep on smelled like someones overly sweaty body as did the blanket. I thought I was going to vomit. The sheet and pillowcase smelled fresh and clean but the blanket and pillow did not. I tried other pillows but because I have a herniated neck problem I couldn't use any of them. I feel that for the money we spent on a nicer hotel we would have had a better experience. We also had a problem with the remote for the TV. We couldn't get it to work most of the time and when my husband called the desk, he told them of the problem and suggested it might be the batteries. They said for him to come down to the front desk and get new batteries; which he did and it still did not work. I called again to tell them about it and one of the women finally came up with a new remote, which worked great. My son suggested this hotel since he has stayed there a couple of times with family, with our experience, we will not be staying there again. Don't get me started on the parking options I was not given!
The location
The pool was closed all the time
Location to downtown sight seeing and events. Value and parking. Facilities.
Nothing but one elevator was broken yet still often opened when calling for an elevator. We know it happens.
