Excellent place to be near the
Pros:

The check-in was a little complicated for us, but we were helped by the staff. In addition we planned taking the subway to go to the airport the next day, but the staff informed us that a free shuttle was available.

Cons:

Not a really bad point, we had a little trouble finding the entrance the first time. We did not realize we could enter through the konmbini.

また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

予定がずれ込み到着時間が大幅に遅れたのですが、0時過ぎても大丈夫ですよと温かい雰囲気で対応していただき嬉しかったです。ホテルのサービスのことや、関空近くの観光スポットなども丁寧に案内していただきました。
朝のレストランでの対応も温かく、サービスもとても良かったです。ホテル内のコンビニやコインランドリーも助かりました。また大阪に足を運んだ時には宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

特にありません。大満足でした。
