It was a great place to stay! I used it as my base for my week stay and traveling from there to other places using public transport was super easy. The shuttle bus to the airport was also great and super convenient. The 24/7 familymart was also great. I went there multiple times. I came to the hotel before check in and requested and paid to get into my room earlier for a great price. I had breakfast included as well and it was great food. They had good options at the buffet. Overall its a great hotel to stay at. I cant recommend it enough.

So easy to get to on the free shuttle bus from the airport - bus stop easy to find on the ground floor and bus exactly in time.
Rooms were comfortable and big enough for suitcases etc. on arrival we were offered a full range of amenities, tea and coffee

Nothing - but the beds were very hard!
Everything in the room worked and the room was a good size - I felt I had enough space which hasn't been the case in other similar places. One thing I REALLY liked was the airport bus as it made things a lot easier on the day I left very early in the morning. I will/would stay here again.
I sometimes felt the human side was missing as I felt hustled at certain points and a bit like a herded animal. On the other hand I know the bus etc has to leave on time etc and it did! so I can't complain.
