Excellent room, great location, cheap and long late checkout
Pros:

Excellent room, very good location, The extended/late checkout for just 2000 Yen (check out at the latest at 14:00 instead of 11:00) is a great option if you're not in a hurry. Two huge Discounter markets are in the vicinity and a Family Mart is located right in the same building. The Family Mart has a selection of Japanese souvenirs for last minute shopping as well. WiFi had decent speed.
