Excellent hotel with wonderful service
Pros:

It was a lovely and convenient hotel located very close to Rinku Town for excellent shopping and the railway station and airport close by. I will definitely be back to stay here as a great stopover before our flight.

Pros:

The distance from the train station to the hotel was arguably near but a little confusing. There are multiple signs which helps a lot. Check in was done via machine counter so it was smooth. There was also free airport shuttle in the morning, and while the airport is just a station away, it's very convenient to arrive at the departure hall directly.

Cons:

Nothing really, compared to other hotels in the area it's one of the better ones I feel.

3.check in check out都可以机器自助办理，很方便，如果有困难工作人员也可以及时帮助

虽然是冬天但室内比较热，被子又很厚，得开冷气，不然直出汗

自助入住一開始不太清楚如何使用 很感謝飯店人員親切協助
早上不小心弄丟巴士票（應該是夾在房卡夾裡）員工很迅速幫忙補發讓我們順利上車！

Perfect to catch early flights from KIX and spend the remaining money in the outlet :)
Pros:

Ideal location + free shuttle for those who need to travel early next day from Kansai airport.
Very close to train station, few minutes walk.
Comfortable beds, the room was quite large, all basic amenities available. Welcoming and helpful staff.
Things to do - shopping - Don Quijote and large Outlet mall nearby (walkable distance) and a beautiful white pebble beach.

Pros:

泉佐野車站走路過來5分鐘而已，房間大小以獨旅的人來說夠用了，床的軟硬度跟枕頭很好睡，28寸的行李也可以完全攤開，飯店2樓有24h營業的全家，走去外面旁邊也有一間Lawson，走路5～10分鐘有一間藥妝店跟24h營業的超市，超市東西都很便宜，差一點把我錢包裡面的錢騙光，飯店也有接駁車可以到關西機場，份方便

Awesome airport location with many shopping and restaurant options nearby
Pros:

Very easy to get to from Osaka KIX airport via hotel shuttle (runs on a schedule). Great directions to the bus stop and short ride. Check in via kiosk too a bit of help. Room was very comfortable for a one night stay. Walkable to outlet shopping (stores open 10am). Breakfast had soo many options and tasted great! Able to store bags for free after checkout behind front desk (self service) with locks that can be programmed with 4 digit code. Highly recommend this hotel after long flight into Osaka!!

Cons:

Was a bit warm in the room. AC not working for winter but opened window slightly to cool it off.
