Pros:

Everything was very good

Cons:

The self check-in process could be improved. For example the screen has only japanese options initially. After you touch it an English translation button appears. It's frustrating for the staff and customers.

ReFaのドライヤー、ヘアアイロン(ストレート用と巻き髪用)があって便利だった。
POLAのフェイスマスクも2枚置かれていた。
部屋な小さめではあるが必要な物は揃っていたし、清潔でした。
窓も少し開いたので、空気の入れ替えが出来てありがたかった。
駅からスグ。
ホテル内にファミマあり。
空港までのシャトルバスも観光バスサイズでゆとりがあり、予約から乗車案内もスムーズで時間通りに出発した。

明明訂的是兩人房，但房間太小像單人房，不過早餐還不錯

Close to the airport and shuttle bus provided. Room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station to catch a train to Osaka.
