The staff were probably my favorite they were very helpful and accommodating. It was a bit strange to be so close to a college campus but other than that, no complaints.
It was a bit farther from my job, so I probably would not book this hotel again if I am traveling for work. The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable when I asked questions.
The breakfast options could have been better. One of the washers and dryers was faulty. The parking could be better, but it is what it is.
When we first came in all the staff was hospitable. India was working the front desk. She asked if she could store our bags while our room was getting ready. She was so kind and friendly. She gave us the best welcome which set the tone for our stay
In my room the heat was on 75 degrees and I could not change it no matter how much I tried. I didn’t complain because I figured the alternative was to change rooms and I liked the space I had. Also the shower dripped onto a metal plate which I ended up putting a wash cloth down to muffle the “pinging” sound it made all night.
The quietness, room layout.
I would like a shower that has adequate water pressure and temperature. The hot water wasn't hot; it was lukewarm. Also, the blinds were broken, and I couldn't close them. I would prefer laminate or wood flooring, as the carpet holds dirt, dust, and organisms.
The decor in the lobby and rooms was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was very good.
The bathroom did not meet the standard I am used to at this location. The toilet was running constantly, the showerhead was leaking, and the shower and sink area were not very clean—with rust buildup and a little mold around the shower. I know they clean every day, and it is a hotel policy; maybe cleaning should be done every day to keep everything in the best possible working order.
Staff was very nice and helpful considering there was a power outage that affected the use of the elevators making them inoperable. We were on the 9th floor, had to use the stairs for our first full day.
Breakfast was terrible. Housekeeping was terrible, only can to the room one day our of 4, and only left new towels, did not tidy up the room or make the bed.
The location and staff were great and the business meeting was close by and Area accessible shopping

The location was good and the staff was willing to help.
The first room that they gave us was really dirty. It all looked so old and not good. We wanted a change so they were willing to change. Second room was better. The rugs looked dirty. I have a toddler who crawls and walks. So i was worried about him getting sick.
