Good first time experience
Pros:

Breakfast was OK only went down once during my stay so not sure of the variety of choices daily hopefully not the same

Cons:

I feel if they don't offer cleaning services daily they should have someone check to see if amenities are needed when I requested amenities needed they made me feel like I was bothering them, one evening was relaxing in the pool and group of about 6 to 8 young adults came in very loud and also using vapors at the pool I thought it was disrespectful because there was also a mom and her daughter at the pool and her daughter looked about 3 or 4 years of age.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The parking situation, the amount of money that you needed to pay to park when there was nowhere else you could park, but to pay the money to park because all around in the streets, it’s no parking and the fact that the hotel room doors are terrible you hear door slamming all over the place because for some reason the door don’t fit the way they’re supposed to and you have to run them to open them and slam them for them to close. Those are the reasons they did not get a complete excellent score and that they charge me twice. they overcharge my car they charge me twice. and I’m still waiting to get my money back.

We won't be staying here again.
Pros:

We liked the size of the room.

Cons:

The AC didn't work, multiple things in the kitchen didn't work, the were no sheets for the pull out bed, not enough towels for all of us, no fan in the living room area, the pool was cold and when we called the front desk for a few things they never came to the room.

Sehr alt und gar nicht schön
Wir hatten eine Suite, das Bad war mit einer Schiebetür versehen. Geht gar nicht.
Handseife fehlte. Die Küchenzeile war sehr schmutzig.
Das Zimmer hat ein beklemmendes Gefühl in uns ausgelöst, sodass wir dort nicht geschlafen und direkt ausgeheckt haben.

It was super convenient and accommodated my family fully.
Pros:

I loved the location, it is near restaurants, Target and supermarket. I loved the kitchen area in the room it was very convenient for me and my family. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean!! The pool was the cherry on top! No I take that back the bar downstairs that is connected to the other hotel was the cherry on top!

Cons:

It was great, I don't have anything bad to say.

Just the right fit.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the pool and hotel room with the kitchenette. It allowed us to bring back and reheat food, as well as make our own. I also have to say that Kayla was so friendly and accommodating. She answered all our questions and was helpful with our check in and stay. Quick tip: you can often times find a parking spot on the road. Just lock up and you’ll be fine.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. The items were usually not refilled and the staff was busy trying to refill them.

Friendly amazing staff
Pros:

In the midst of tragedy, when we had got displaced, the Homewood felt like home with the way the staff treated me in my partner. The front of house staff is what makes a hotel and they have a great group.
