The best parts of home

While I might have a few minor suggestions based on other Hilton properties -- like paper towels in the kitchen -- or preferences -- like a standard, rather than sliding, door for the bathroom -- what persuades me to give this Homewood Suites a glowing appraisal is the exceptional service of the staff. The friendliness and generosity of the kitchen staff, like Chantta and MarquiSha, made breakfast a joy to look forward to, while the happy smiles and patient professionalism of Musa and TJ at the front desk made checking in and out a pleasant breeze! (An additional shout-out to the front desk staff member wearing a mask, whose name I didn't catch, for the advice and insight given to me and coworkers on Philly cheese steaks :) If my place of work makes reservations here again next year, I know I'll be in good hands!
