Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue

I love everything about the puppy. I love that little too far for me, but it’s OK.

My family and I have been staying in Philly during the week for the past few weeks, and we've had a great experience. The hotel is in a quiet area, the breakfast is good, and we always enjoy the Wednesday social—it’s a nice extra with more than just cookies. Anytime we've needed something, the staff has been quick to help.
A special thank you to Nadira, who has made our stay even better. She's always friendly, has such a positive attitude, and is genuinely attentive to her guests. She always makes sure we have everything we need and goes the extra mile to help. TJ was also very helpful when we checked in for our third week and needed to change rooms, and Rose in the breakfast area is always so welcoming and pleasant, making mornings better.
The rest of the staff has been great too, even though I didn't catch everyone's names. It's the people here that really stand out.

Christopher volunteered to surpass any standard to provide products not offered in marketplace.

The location was perfect! Suites were large that accommodated myself and my small children comfortably.

I recently stayed the Homewood suites Philadelphia City Avenue last weekend on Friday to Monday June 15th checkout.
I came to town for a 90th birthday celebrationand had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The people were wonderful at the front desk; Manager India, Daniel Andre, and the building engineer AJ.
Most rewarding was employee Nadira in the complementary breakfast area. I have a mobility challenge and Nadira made sure that she helped getting my food, offering suggestions of the food options (grits that I was delightfully surprised) and making sure I got to the table safely. Her infectious smile and bubbly conversation was great.
Another young lady helped me on the second day, but I didn’t get her name
I do want to offer a strong suggestion for soon upgrading about the rooms, which prohibited a five star. I stayed in the mobility access room, and I had to request the shower curtain be changed because it was black at the bottom and mildew stained, along with the bulbs being out of the lamps. I think that Housekeeping should always check to make sure all of those things are top-notch before the rooms are booked again.
My Church is due to come back in October 2026 and I sure hope that we will be able to book and stay at the
Homewood Suites - City Avenue

The staff were great. Especially the clerk that checked us in. The room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was very good.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Our room was extremely nice and well kept upon our arrival. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. The complementary breakfast also had many options to choose from and was very good.

They did not let anybody in the pool on Saturday they had an problem with that they just always havin a problem with people getting into the pool

Came here for my birthday and the staff was so accommodating to every single need my husband and I had. Even had the sweetest woman lady named Christina Owen’s come to my room to service it and we had the best conversation that I know made me know that we’d be back

It is wheelchair accessible, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.

TJ made checking out so easy! 5 star service….would come back

I absolutely loved the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable.
