Musa is a great worker I love how he handle his customers

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Musa in particular always conducts himself with professionalism and always makes sure I'm taken care of, even when I'm arriving late in the evening.

It was a great business. Stay at your hotel. Front desk was exceptionally helpful with everything. Musa went out of his way to accommodate any questions or needs I had.

We called the front desk at 9:07 to ask the time breakfast ended, and were told 10 am. When we got down at 9:35, there were still a little scrambled eggs and sausages. I grabbed a muffin, and a very rude woman told me to use the tongs. I responded that I hadn’t come close to any of the other muffins. There was almost nothing else out. I asked if they had juice. The same rude woman who was cleaning up told us that breakfast was over at 9:30. She clearly is bad at her job. African American woman with braids. I’m also African American, so that is just a description, no racial intent.

I love living here. I'm here because my apartment was flooded. CHANTTA is very good to us . The breakfast is always on time and very good. The social on Wednesday is a blessing for the residents to get together.

Everything great location good staff and overall great stay

I want to shout out the wonderful staff here who has really made a difficult situation so much better. They go above and beyond, each of them, to make sure our accommodations are comfortable and pleasant. From desk are so inviting. Employees like TJ, Kayla, Musa, Marquisha, Nadia, have all played a roll seeing that our stay is a good one meeting all out needs. They all habe pleasant welcoming attitudes always since I've been here 2 weeks. They young lady who oversees the breakfast she too is phenomenal. She always serve with a good attitude always willing to help. She's personable and kind.
Last week we had couple outages totally beyond their control. But they way Nadira and Kayla jumped into action was nothing short of professional and care. They fed us both days. We had no way to cook because power was out. They made sure we were comfortable and warm by giving us blankets if we were cold, flashlights to see better. Again, going above and beyond. This is the first time I saw an entity do all that they did with grace and professionalism. I worked in hospitality for many years so I know. The gave us 5 star quality accommodations.
Only thing I would suggest is that they clean floors and elevator floor more so it doesn't look so bad. Otherwise, no complaints.
I would like to thank each of them for their kindness and to keep up the good work.

We had to spend a month here after a fire took place in our apartment building. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always excellent. We had the pleasure of being helped by: Kayla, Marquisha, Musa, T.J, Channta, Nadiva, Bruce, George, Lucia, India, and Dee. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable! Highly recommend staying here!

My dog & I sat down by the fire pit next to the valet parking guys (they saw me sitting & snapping pictures of my dog) my Dog water carry bowl WAS STOLLEN.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. Cleaning, communication, and staff were all great!
