Had a great time loved the food will come back again

The food was exceptional loved it and thanks to the young lady that helped me with my boarding pass for my trip back home

Cons:

Dirty plates from someone’s meal were sitting right by the elevator when we arrived, nobody cleared them all evening, and they were still there the next day. By then they reeked, and walking to the elevator was disgusting. Our room was also next to the laundry: whenever it ran, the entire room vibrated and droned. Staff promised it wouldn’t last, but the only quiet time was at night, the rest of the day it was impossible to stay in the room. Avoid.

Very pleasant and convenient.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room and the surrounding area were quiet.

Cons:

Connecting to the wifi was a bit hard at first. A complimentary water or two in the room would be nice.

The personal very professional and helpful

Cons:

I was not their fault ,but we need to get up and evacuate the hotel because the fire alarm went on at 1:00 am, but the good thing is that they gave us free breakfast.

In general it worked well for us. It was a good location for my visit, and the room was fine.
Pros:

Location is good, they don't charge for parking which is nice (don't understand places that charge for parking that's just petty) My room was clean and generally the place is well taken care of. Staff are pleasant.

Cons:

The elevator has a straw on the floor that wasn't picked up for over 2 days, peanut, and other junk. Yes I know many people are slobs but you do need to clean the elevator people get in and out of them all the time.

I would stay here again but would not buy the breakfast.
Pros:

Nice safe area. Free parking.

Cons:

Several hot breakfast items were cold. (Sausage, Hash-browns). There was several noises which made it hard to fall asleep so I used my white noise to drown that out. Also, because I used booking.com the hotel said they wouldn’t provide me with Hilton Honors points for my stay. This seems very odd to me.

It was very comfortable, everyone was helpful, the food service excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.
The staff were so helpful. We ate from the buffet and had special orders made and it was all good, fresh and appealing.
