お風呂が非常に良かった。腕時計を脱衣所に忘れたが出てきてフロントの方が親切だったのも良かった。感じのいいフロントでした。また行きたいです。

1.エアコンが部屋にない。ヒーターと扇風機はある
2. 冷蔵庫が全然冷えない。
3. 露天風呂（混浴）に行くために用意されているタオルが小さくて薄い。
4. 露天風呂は種類が多く、そして広いので脱衣所が混んでいても快適。
5.ホテルのスタッフの接客は丁寧で感じが良い。

感想：
夏宿泊だったので個人的にエアコンがないのは衝撃的だった。ホテルのページに大きく書いておいて欲しいと思った。
混浴用のタオルも薄く、一応売店でちゃんとしているものが買えるのだが夜8時にしまってしまうので、買うの忘れていると詰む。宿泊料金をその分高くしていいので風呂用の服を含んでおいて欲しく感じてしまった。

泉質最高の万座の湯
Pros:

温泉、特に泉質はさすが万座最高。古いせいもあるが少し設備の手入れが必要かと？食事も質はバイキングで普通かな。
ただ、団体さんと合流しレストランは70分の予約制で好きな時間確保出来ず、また、時間短くゆっくり食事できなかった。残念！！！

湯畑からの煙や臭いが前に比べて…
Pros:

露天風呂が3カ所閉鎖されていた。湯温が以前から比べると下がっていた。食事は良かったです。

エアコンが欲しい
Pros:

近年の猛暑からエアコンは必要になってきていると思います。エアコンがないことで夏場の宿泊を躊躇してしまいます。露天風呂は非常に良かったですが、湯浴み着は貸出していただければ気兼ねなく楽しめたなと思いました。

清潔很重要！
Pros:

房間是禁煙房，但進入房間時滿是煙味，因為佢沒有冷氣的關係，就算開了窗也持續了一條時間，地氈令我們的腳痕癢。泊車位也不足夠，要把車開到比較遠的地方。溫泉是不錯的，食物也可以。
