Pros:

Very central hotel - I loved my Japanese style room for the size of the room, the amenities, the cleanliness and beautiful view. The staff was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for the stay

Pros:

We stayed in a Japanese-style room. The room gives you a taste of the culture. The staff was warm and welcoming. The view from our room was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect for accessing the Imperial Garden and train stations. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Pros:

The room was nice overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Restaurant Patio was very nice. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet and didn't feel full of tourists, but it was close to the subway and not far from a lot of big tourist areas.

Cons:

The room was quite small. The view wasn't as great as expected. The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Overall, it was a very nice Hotel and we felt very safe and were looked after.
Pros:

The room ae small but very clean and suited my partner and I as it was expected. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the station and walking distance to many shops and other areas if you are willing to walk.

Cons:

The breakfast very limited. The other restaurants were always booked out and couldn't get in on the day. Booking and reservations is always recommended.

벚꽃 뷰가 아름다웠던 그랜드 아크 한조몬 호텔
Pros:

1. 위치: 한조몬 역까지 이동이 쉬웠음
(나리타 3터미널-> 2터미널 무료 공항버스 탑승후 케이세이나리타 스카이 엑세스-> 오시아게 역에서 한조몬센: 한조몬 역 )
한조몬 역 A6번 출구로 나가면 바로 호텔 사인 보이고 올라가면 Family mart쪽 골목으로 들어가면 됨
2. 전 객실 뷰가 좋음: 홈페이지 사진에서 보면 전 객실 뷰가 황궁 뷰인것 같고 마침 벚꽃 시즌이라 눈 앞에 벚꽃이 보여서 너무 예뻤음
3. 한조몬역에서 긴자, 오모테산도, 시부야 까지 접근성이 좋았음

Cons:

Family Mart에서 호텔까지 들어가는 골목이 너무 어두워서 좀 무서웠음
욕실 바닥에 머리카락 청소를 안해주셨음
