From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Late check-in (pre-block):
As your booking is guaranteed for late arrival, we will be able to hold your booking until 12:00 noon of the day following your arrival date. For example, if your arrival date is on the 20th but you will check in 21st, the booking will be held until 12:00 noon on the 21st. After that, the room will be released without any further notice. If you intend to arrive later than this time, please amend the arrival date of your booking. Please note that cancellation, guarantee, and/or deposit policies will be applied as per the terms and conditions of your booking.
Check- out:
Hotel standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon so that we can prepare the room for guests who will be checking into the same room at 15:00. If you require late check out, please see the below:
- From 12:00 to 13:00: as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel to our valued guests, it will be complimentary.
- From 13:00 to 18:00: 50% off the applicable one-night rate.
- From 18:00 onward: the applicable rate of the night on that day will be charged.
The above cannot be booked in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the Front Desk team early on the departure date or one day before to check the availability.
Deposit upon check-in:
A deposit will be collected upon check-in, subject to the number of nights per stay.
Smoking rooms:
The hotel does not have smoking rooms and it is a smoke free hotel. We kindly ask all our guests not to smoke in the room to avoid any fine. If you would like to smoke, there are designated areas. Please approach the Front Desk for more information.
Children policy:
A Child below 18 years old can stay with their parents in the same room using existing bedding for free. A charge will be applied in case any extra feature or service is requested for the child. An extra bed charge is MYR 106.20 per night while extra breakfast costs MYR 35 net per person per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room service name "JAHIT" take care and good service
The valet parking service was excellent, handled professionally and gave us confidence that our car was well taken care of. The breakfast selection was good, with satisfying options for the family. The newly renovated rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern, which made our stay relaxing.
One area that could be improved is the hospitality from some local housekeeping woman staff. We noticed that a few staff members did not greet guests or assist when we were trying to scan our room access card at the elevator. A simple smile or small gesture would make a big difference in guest experience

Excellent and prompt service by the hotel staff. Allowed check-in as soon as the rooms were ready, and always asked for feedback and promptly fixed anything requested. Great location as well.
I was surprised to find that the hotel does not have a proper lobby, as we had to make several rounds before locating the parking area. It rained throughout the entire stay, and it was inconvenient having to cross the wide pavement just to enter the hotel. However, this appears to be related to council planning and is not something the hotel can be faulted for. The staff were excellent very accommodating and attentive. Breakfast was good, with efficient service and well-managed guest flow. The room was great, and I absolutely loved the bed; it was exceptionally comfortable and helped ease the initial discomfort experienced during check-in.
The exterior and lobby entrance of the hotel were not very inviting, giving an overall impression that felt somewhat old and subdued. The surrounding Chow Kit area still has a visible presence of immigrants, which may feel unwelcoming at first; however, this is not within the hotel’s control. Once inside, the experience was much better — the room was simple yet comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. Considering the price, it offers good value for money.
