The hotel room furniture is old and sad state. The bed should be changed to high quality mattress.

The hotel has a bit of traditional vibe.
They have hot shower too.

The room furniture and breakfast options are huge disappointment. I hope the hotel management can invest more to improve the quality.

Look very old and not clean properly

Location very poor , room was not clean with hair , dirty and toe nails clippings on chair and floor . Room needed work , old .
Buildings looked in need of repair .
Pool and beach photos on hotels.com .Nothing like the real thing .No seating , umbrellas pool needed a clean .
Beach was littered with rubbish.
No outside eateries, No alcohol on site . Food average ,soft drinks warm , fridge lock up . Very poor stay , Not a Resort !

Very much in need for refurbishing. Not worth the price.The curtain is very dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Breakfast was just ok. Not much variety.

Toilet need to be improved. A bit dated. In one of my room, the basin is clogged.

The property requires some refurbishment & upgrading. The beach is good & clean.

Pemandangannya cantik belatarbelakangkan lautan yang luas mata memandang dengan deruan ombak yang kuat.Swimming pool yang luas sesuai untuk mandi-manda.Firstime masuk bilik ada lipas memang dah standby fumakilla,Lantai dan cadar katil yang berpasir seolah tidak dibersihkan.Channel tv yang teruk sekejap ada sekejap tiada seolah-olah dikontrol siarannya.Breakfast juga kurang sedap dan tidak pelbagai hilang selera hendak makan.datang dari jauh ingatkan hendak makan nasi kerabu @ nasi minyak terengganu tapi dihidang menu yang sama dengan hotel sebelum ini dekat KT.Apapun selama 3 hari 2 malam di hotel yang berbeza merupakan percutian yang indah bagi kami,kerana KT merupakan bandar yang tenang jauh dari kesesakan jimat masa untuk pergi ke sesuatu tempat.Disamping itu,pantai yang menarik untuk dilawati menggamit keinginan untuk datang lagi.

this hotel is really suitable for those who wanted to spend time at hotel with family and those who love beach so much. this place is suitable for those who would like to organize family day. it is an old hotel but has good maintanence for the room except the toilets are a bit old school. some of the rooms that we booked also had problems with their flush. But they manage to overcome the problems right after we called them.

i booked 10 hotels room online for my family day group. everyone was satisfy with the room except for bathrooms for some of them. the room is quite spacious and my expectation was wrong when i entered the room. it was clean n well maintain for an old hotel. but like i said they give fast respond to our complaints. the breakfast was quite good and they have lots of foods.

i would like to give extra credit for their pool. they have big and spacious pool for kids and adults. we bought a unicorn float, and variety of floats to play with the kids at the pool. it was superbly fun and everyone enjoy our 2 days 1 night stay.. what made it more fun is that uu can see the beach directly from the poolside. the beach is only 200m away and u can feel the breeze while chilling at the pool. we didnt spend time going out from the hotel since we enjoyed our short stay. we went to one of the restaurant nearby. The restaurant is D'perahu(masakan panas/seafood) like 5 mins away. they serve good food and gave us discounts since we add on more sets for our group..

Staff should be more friendly

The property is deterioting and require urgent refurbishment and upgrading. The actual does not same as the photos on Expedia page. The landscape is bad, the room is dusty (bad experience for my son which allergic to dust). some furnitures and fitting were not available as in the photos (probably it was not replaced when it was damaged).

The beach is good, ala carte food is good.. love the chicken wing and tomyam.
