Pros:

Чистый, ухоженый небольшой отель. По 6 номеров на этаже. Довольно тихо, несмотря на присутсвие рядом дорог и метро. Очень помогают тройные стекла на окнах.
Выдают все гигиенические принадлежности.
Персонал дружелюбный. Заселили в номер раньше времени, по готовности номера сообщили нам по телефону. Багаж можно оставлять в отеле до и после заезда.
Хороший выбор провести одну-две ночи в Downtown.

Cons:

Кондиционер не регулируется. Ночью холодновато.
Район чайна-таун специфический, не очень чистый.

Delightful, friendly, clean, & safe—good value.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful front desk. Very clean, comfortable room, although small—fine for one person. Convenient location for getting places in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Neighborhood is run-down but as an older single woman I never felt unsafe.

Cons:

No coffee-maker in the room. Room looked out on elevated subway tracks, so frequent train noise. It didn’t really bother me—just rumbly, not screechy, & the heavy blackout curtains muffled it, but it might bother some people.

Pros:

J'ai adoré l'hôtel et la chambre qui est plutôt grande et confortable avec tout à disposition même une brosse à dents au cas où. Le personnel est hyper gentil et professionnel. C'est plutôt calme et vous avez tous les transports vers le centre à proximité. J'y ai passé un très bon séjour.

Good value for price.
Pros:

I am really comfortable in Chinatown so this hotel was good value for the price for me. It's close to several subway station and close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel also provides a guide of nearby restaurants and eateries. Tried a few of their recommendations and liked them. My room was tiny but comfortable. It had a view of the subway track but it was barely audible.

Cons:

I could have used a full length mirror in my room as none available and also none in the elevator or hallway. Unfortunately, I came back home with a couple of bed bug bites on my legs after a week-long stay.

Great place to stay in Chinatown!
Pros:

Great no-frills hotel for great price in great location in Chinatown. Very clean and very helpful staff. Subway is right across the street, but between the double pane windows and blackout curtains, we didn't hear or see a thing all night and slept great. Bathroom is full size, and there was decent space in the room by NYC standards.

A wonderful welcome to the city
Pros:

Extremely comfortable and conveniently located. You will not find a more welcoming and friendly team anywhere in NYC. We particularly loved the lists of recommended cafes, restaurants and bars they provided.

Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Would stay again!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location for food, cafes, and proximity to subway lines and bridges.

Cons:

An in-room hot water kettle would go a long way but I knew there wasn’t coffee/tea in the room when I made the reservation.

Decent for a short, solo stay,
Pros:

The location was decent, as it was close to a couple of subway stations.
The bed was comfortable
Double windows really help block out the noise
Ice machine and microwave in the basement
Elevator

Cons:

The towels had a musty smell - almost like fryer oil
The carpet in the room needs to be removed/replaced. I imagine guests have walked around the room with their dirty shoes.
The blasting AC was great during the heatwave, but not being able to control it was uncomfortable.
There is a fridge in the basement, but it stopped working during my stay.
