I'd stay again!
Pros:

The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the sound insulation was great. There's a train bridge right outside, but the sound was very very faint- like distant white noise. The bathroom was nice, and the daily cleaning service did a great job.

Cons:

The room had no individual temperature control, so sometimes it was a bit cold until they turned the heat up in the evenings. Q-tips in the bathroom would have been nice. No major complaints otherwise.

My stay was wonderful based on the location, baggage accommodations and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location and accommodations were great at hotel mimosa! They even offered to hold our bags before and after check in.

Cons:

The room didn't have an individual temperature control so it was rather hot in the evening. The only way to cool it down was a fan and opening the window, but being by the subway that was rather noisy.

A comfortable, friendly and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Hotel staff was so nice and accommodating. They made my stay so enjoyable and I felt welcomed.

Cons:

Just that the fan was broken and my room just a little hot.

I truly enjoyed my stay here despite the slightly cooler room temp. Front staff is excellent.
Pros:

The location is convenient to Chinatown and to the Confucius Plaza parking garage. Even though the rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave, there are communal ones located in the basement for guest use. The refrigerator is not big and guests put their departure date onto a post it note on their food.

Cons:

The room temperature can not be controlled. Although the temperature of the room is OK, it could have been warmer in February.

Great value in fun neighborhood! Absolutely lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and accommodating. The room was pleasant and actually nicer than it looked on the internet. Everything was very clean. The rooms are pretty well sound.-proofed so the only noise was from other doors closing during the night.

Cons:

The pillows were too hard and high for me. I would have appreciated a flatter softer one.

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel, bon endroit pour dormir
Pros:

Le personnel était très sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible. Ils ont accepté de garder nos valises lors du départ. Personnels agréables.
Certes excentré mais le subway est tout proche. De nombreux restaurants à proximité.
Pour y dormir c'est très bien. On n'a pas tant entendu le train bien qu'il passe en face.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était bien. Nous y étions pendant la tempête, c'est une chambre pour dormir, pas pour y rester confiner. Mais le personnel ne peut rien pour la météo.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

First of all, the staff were super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They shared local food recommendations, quickly gave us another comforter when we requested it (just needed more weight for sleep!), and were diligent when storing our items on our checkout day while my partner and I traipsed through the city.

We stayed in one of the rooms with twin beds and they were comfortable. The space heater came in very handy during this February cold snap that brought outside temperatures to as low as -15 Fahrenheit. Water temperature was good, lighting was adjustable in the room. The rooms are pared down to the essentials, but the design is nice and it doesn't look like SKIMPING, just simplicity. Everything was clean and well kempt.

There were no drawers in the room or a traditional closet space, but we didn't need that as there were hangers on a rack and enough space to fit our luggage.

Conveniently located to public transit. Yes, there's a train right outside but the soundproofed windows dampen it significantly. One of the people in my party is a very sensitive sleeper and they didn't have trouble.

Good value for our money and would be happy to return anytime!

The Hotel is in a fabulous location in Chinatown, room was delightful and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Staff at reception were really helpful regarding nearby restaurants, etc.
