Overall, it was clean, close, and comfortable!
Pros:

The location was phenomenal and was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, and our room was always very clean when we got back.

Cons:

My only real complaint was that there was no way to control the air conditioning, and the room could get a little stuffy. Luckily, we went in early October, and we could open the window to let cooler air in.

Al piano interrato c'è anche un frigo in una stanza comune dove poter mettere cibo avanzato o bibite.

Cons:

l' aria condizionata. Non si può né controllare né spegnere.
C'è una bocchetta sopra la porta d'ingresso e per chi dorme in quel lato del letto può avvertire la corrente d'aria fresca....

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie haben mir wertvolle Tipps für Frühstück und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Man hat sich bemüht das Zimmer früher zur Verfügung zu stellen, da ich bereits früh morgens angereist war. Vorteilhaft war auch der späte Checkout. Ich konnte mein Gepäck noch ein paar Stunden länger an der Rezeption lassen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Aber das ist für New Yorker Verhältnisse normal.

Hotel e quarto limpos e com aspecto de novo, cama grande e confortável. O quarto é pequeno, mas possui as utilidades básicas. O isolamento acústico para a rua é bom, o movimento da rua não nos incomodou. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, mal tivemos espaço para abrir as malas.

Comfy, clean place.
Pros:

Despite being in the shadow of the Manhattan bridge, the double-glazed windows did their work. Aside from a dull rumble, it wasn't noisy. Wonderful comfy bed and lovely shower with strong water pressure. Clean overall hotel. Location is a bit iffy, and for people not from there, which I am, it can be a bit daunting and isolated. Accommodating, helpful staff.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit iffy. Would love a water kettle in the room, and maybe a full length mirror.

Awesome stay the hotel was nice and we felt safe at all times in there. The staff was very friendly and if I’d ever stay
Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that smoking is not allowed whatsoever on the premises.

Cons:

The only downside which is not the hotels fault but the area around it is pretty dirty. I wish Chinatown was more up-kept but it’s not the hotels fault.
