Very good location, the room is a bit small but there is enough space for two people and it was clean and comfortable. It also had a very nice view.

Beautiful quiet and super comfy beds. My new favorite hotel for my work visits to Manhattan. Jon did an amazing job!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Distrikt Hotel in NYC. The accommodations were excellent, a nice central location for our activities and was topped off by a welcoming, responsive and very friendly staff. Zeta, Dennis, and Jonathan were all excellent hosts whether it be temporarily storing our luggage since we arrived 5 hours before check-in, greeting us personally on every exit and re-entry and even finding umbrellas for us to use when a sudden rainfall broke out. I always have a great experience at Hilton properties and this one was one of the best. Book a room there and find our for yourself!

Came for a 2nd visit and even happier than the first. Prime location, great room and great staff. Jon at the front desk really solved some room issues for me, kudos to him.
I’ll be back to this hotel.

Another 1st class stay @ the Distrikt Hotel.
My friend & I were in NYC to see a few Broadway shows recently & our only hotel choice is the Distrikt in Hells Kitchen.
The staff is so welcoming & always has a smile & a pleasant greeting.

The hotel is so clean, safe & has everything you would need & so close to Times Square & the many restaurants of Hells Kitchen.

Gideon, Noha, Chrissy, Mike & Dennis are the best & are always there to help with any questions.

Don’t stay anywhere else while in NYC!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location. We’ve stayed at many hotels in New York City over the years, and this one truly stood out because of the outstanding hospitality!

I’d first like to extend my sincere thanks to Shonda at the front desk for her warm, friendly, and funny personality. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived!

A special thank you as well to Keke in the restaurant and bar. She was an absolute joy, an excellent bartender, and made every visit enjoyable…Most importantly, I want to recognize Chrissy, the Guest Relations Supervisor. She was an exceptional communicator and went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay extra special. Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference, and we cannot thank her enough for creating such a memorable experience, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City, and we look forward to returning again soon!

Todo muy limpio y acogedor.

We stayed here for my birthday and Chrissy made it unforgettable! There was a fantastic surprise in our room when we checked in, she greeted me by name when we came to the bar for a cocktail and really did everything to make sure we had a great trip. The room was a great size, clean, well decorated and very convenient to theaters. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. I travel for work, and when I have choice...I stay at the Distrikt when I come to NYC, because of the staff. They have made me feel so welcome over the past year of stays. And they remember you. It's a very warm feeling with a top notch and spacious for a NYC hotel room. It's my go to place in the city.

Staff were friendly, facilities were clean

Location of course is great since this hotel is located near Times Square and you know exactly what you're getting yourself into. It's across the street from PABT station, and either a short walk or a one-stop subway ride to Penn Station / Moynihan Hall. Times Sq / 42 St subway station is a less than one block walk from the hotel with many lines available.
The hotel does charge some kind of resort fee for about $33 per night per room. It includes a $29 food / beverage credit, and local gym access. We did not use the whole thing, we ended up ordering alcoholic beverages and taking them to our room. If I were to do over, I would have ordered bottled / canned drinks and just saved them unopened for later.
There is an ice water dispenser in the lobby, and capsule coffee machine for free use in the restaurant.
Right now the hotel has a notice of 1 (out of 2) elevators working at a time due to maintenance. The elevator runs at lightning speed, so the wait was really not bad considering the building is about 30 storeys. There were a few moments when both were working too.
Room is in fair condition but clean. There are things like hooks missing, slightly broken shower head, but everything is overall functional. Nice bath / body products in large bottles bolted to the bathroom walls. Bed was comfy. A/C worked well. Only five hotel rooms on our floor so hallway noise was very limited.
This hotel was pricey due to many events during the weekend I came, and I only chose this place because it was "relatively" cheaper than others in the area. This would not be my first hotel choice in Times Square in the future, however my stay this time was decent.

Location is perfect - value against price - friendly staff

Overall location is center of Manhattan. However street location is not good. Street is dirty and stinks.
Even air freshener at reception is of poor quality
Front desk staff were not clear on mandatory credit. We could not use it on all days. She said it was applicable only once during stay.
Breakfast lady is very rude.
Rooms very small in size but clean.
1 lift did not work. Lot of delays
Room ac is noisy
We had 7th floor room. Very bad view. Street very noisy.
On last day 1 person tried to enter room forcefully and kepr banging our door.
Overall poor experience.
Pls choose elsewhere
NY subway is user friendly. You can travel easily
