For the price it was decent.
Pros:

Easy access to main highways and close enough to everything. Also great breakfast.

Cons:

Didn't have hot water in the shower any of the 4 nights we were there. One night got close to hot but didnt quite make it. Also the pool was shut down the first night but they had it going again the next night.

We would stay there again. Appreciated the extra space/bed for five.
Pros:

Great location, plenty of space for the five of us, two elevators, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Cons:

The area below the bathroom counter needed to be cleaned. The sink stopper needed to be fixed. The pool area burned your eyes by just being there without getting in the water.

Very rude customer service from front desk employees
Pros:

The location was in a good spot right off the highway

Cons:

The front desk employees were very rude. When asked on the phone, the employee said they had a pool and when we got there it was under renovation.. I was double charged for my stay on the very first night I was there. I asked 3 days in a row for a manager and each day, each staff member rolled their eyes and made smirky remarks when I told them which room we were in, “hmm I thought so”. They said a manager would be available the next morning, but which again were not on site then either. Finally, I got a manager 4 days into my stay, the last night, and had to calm the manager from her anger by the complaints about our room by her employees and explain my situation.. finally she said she understood that being in another state and being overcharged is very inconvenient.. I explained to her we had to cut our activities due to our funds not being returned. However, I did receive my funds back but not until I returned home..

Good stay, good location, helpful and experienced staff
Pros:

Front desk team helped with ensuring our addresses and information were correct on our receipt, as we were in SD changing residency. It was the main purpose of that trip and the staff made our lives easier by being knowledgeable on the process. They were great.

Cons:

Could have used more in room coffee packets. No real complaints.

Plenty of choices in Rapid City, would not come back.
Pros:

Spacious room, great breakfast selection, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The pool was closed for 9 days for resurfacing in peak tourist season. Bathtub and sink drained poorly, called front desk twice, no answer, left messages, no return calls, nothing done. Room was not clean - sink dirty, floor not mopped and sticky.
