Cons:

Quality of light in room at the desk very poor, soap dispenser horrible - had to dig in, too many flies at the restaurant

Building site! Badly organised.
Pros:

It's a building site! Lights hanging from the ceiling, grinders and breakers hammering away, dust everywhere.

Add to that there's no towels at the dusty pool... I guess the builders are using them as rags! I asked for a towel at the lobby and it never turned up so I went back to the room dripping wet.

On the plus side... Fernando at check in was very helpful, very efficient and knew the local area really well and a credit to the company. It's close to the airport which is why we chose it.

Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad precio. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina ya que hacía muchísima calor, estaba limpia y era muy grande.

Cons:

El desayuno tenía muchísima variedad, pero si es cierto que no me pareció que nada estuviera especialmente bueno.
Hubiera preferido menos cosas pero más ricas.

Staf ramah.. sangat sangat ramah malah

Cons:

Saya tau ini hotel lama, tapi bisa kan dirawat. Ini mah wastafel mampet, handuk usang, vertical blind udah pada lepas dan gak bisa dinaikkan, kaca jendela butek, lapisan lantai lepas lepas. Harga per malam masih ngikutin novotel lainnya yang bagus

For one nite close to the airport the hotel is okay
Pros:

It is somewhat close to the airport

Cons:

First room I got was next to the elevator - which makes noise. No way to get some sleep. Next guest will face the same problem. I got without a discussion another room. The light and van in the bathroom were turned on - and one could not turn them off. I needed some tape to overcome the broken technique. Both room can not be given to guests and should be brought into order. A rating “good” is very, very friendly

A great option near the airport.
Pros:

Great value for money. Close to the airport. Hotel restaurant had many choices at reasonable prices. Would stay here again.

OK for an overnighter close to the Airport
Pros:

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location close to Manado Airport, which it serves well. The property is very large and clearly has seen better days—many areas feel a bit run down—but everything remains functional.

For some reason we were assigned a family room. It was generally clean, though the bathroom would benefit from a more thorough deep clean, particularly the glass surfaces.

Overall, it’s perfectly adequate for a one-night stay, especially given the price. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: generous, with a strong local food selection that I particularly enjoyed. The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and supportive, which made the stay more pleasant than the facilities alone would suggest.
