Awesome hotel!! Staff here is so friendly and in a great location within walking distance to great restaurants and local activities.
Good breakfast choices. Great location late night social scene or bar hoping if into that.
No complaints. Lots of displaced homeless around though.
The location was good. Walked around for a bit and the neighborhood was decent.
I was shocked that I was required to pay $65 PER NIGHT for parking! I don't like surprises. If you had been a bit more up front about this additional expense, I would have had time to process it prior to my arrival. The desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was not happy about this additional charge.

Arrived and was told that they didn’t have the room size we booked. ( I asked for manager and he fixed the problem )
The room smelled strongly of cleaning product.
The housekeeping tried to come into our room before checkout time.
La stanza è di grandi dimensioni, la cucina è molto accessoriata, e il bagno è adeguato. La posizione nel Gaslamp district è perfetta per visitare il quartiere e la zona del Pier. La zona è piena di ristoranti, bar e negozi. Comodo il servizio di Valet per l'auto anche se un po' costoso, ma nello standard degli altri hotel. Bella la piscina riscaldata, oltre al locale lavanderia con asciugatrici. Hotel molto consigliato anche con i bambini. La colazione è molto fornita, oltre lo standard americano.

Location
Pool area and fitness room were both very small. There was a laundry room but the hotel ran out of detergent and did not replace it. There were no queen rooms so my adult son had to sleep on a pullout which took up so much space in the room.
The mattress was extremely thin and he only had one tiny pillow.
