Staff were amazing. Food was good. The whole place has a warm and friendly vibe. Great swimming pool. Pillows were very high and a bit hard. A lot of people had sore necks. Others were tummy sick but the management and staff went out of their way to help all affected. Drains smell on and off but I think that’s general all over the island. I’m going back I loved it so much.

This property was and the value was amazing. When you check in you are surrounded by artwork and statues Check-in was fast and the staff was all very friendly. My villa exceeded my expectations! The bed and linings were very comfortable. The dining at Puri Mas was amazing. Everything I had, and I was adventurous, was delicious. The pool and beach front completed the resort. Having both available was relaxing and convenient. We were there while they had a dinner show, which usually wouldn't excite me, but this was great. The owner of the resort teaches dance free of cost to all the staff. It was amazing to see how they give back to the Lombok community. I promise to return one day to Puri Mas and would highly recommend booking your stay with them.

Fabulous hotel and staff. From the first welcome to our goodbye we felt part of the hotel. The food was really great, breakfast was sumptuous. The pool area was really good. One night they put on entertainment, ballroom dancing stick fighting and drumming.
Will definitely stay again.

Room not cleam, bathroom not protected, opening for all kind of insects, badly furnished, no soapholder etc. Tv in room only on request and bad positioned, no bottled water, etc slow service in restaurant

This is more than just a beautiful resort ~ this is a beautiful experience. The rooms, the pool, the restaurant and the grounds are all fabulous. I highly recommend the spa. The staff are outstanding in the performance of their duties and are a delight to see every day. My congratulations to Marcel ~ you have created something wonderful. Thank You.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the food was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there every night. The evening dance entertainment was amazing and excellent. We visited the beautiful & tranquil spa resort that is part of this hotel for some relaxing spa treatment and that too was excellent. I recommend this hotel for an enjoyable vacation on Lombok!

Charming looking hotel in a Balinese-style garden. We had a standard bungalow, with its own balcony. Loved the carved doors, the art everywhere around the hotel and the well cared for garden. The room was a bit basic and needed better lighting, but the outside bathroom I really enjoyed. Breakfast was great, many options to choose from, very good ingredients. Not the best beach in Lombok, but you can enjoy the sunset, the local fishermen, and have a dip in the pool. Not much around outside the hotel, you will have to take the bikes provided by the hotel to ride to the main Senggigi area if you want more of a buzz at night. If you stay around, there are a couple of nice local restaurants (warung) within a few minutes' walk, and then you can listen to the frogs chanting around the pond.

Puri Mas is a stunning hotel, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several hotels on this trip - Puri Mas is by far our favourite.

Puri Mas is one of the original hotel/resorts in Senggigi. Over the years it has been maintained and expanded with care and a unique sense of style. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the rooms, which vary considerably in size and amenity, all have an individual quality and character. Throughout Puri Mas there is a consistent attention to detail, evident in every aspect of the design of the resort as well as in the service The restaurant serves an ala carte breakfast that is superb (included) and the menu for lunch and dinner is equally of high quality. It is a pleasure to stay "home" and take meals at the resort. High commendation to Marcel and his wonderful staff in offering such a unique and exceptional hotel that matches in quality the natural beauty of this amazing site on the west coast of Lombok.

We stayed at Puri Mas 17 years ago and really wanted to visit again. Now it is much larger but still beautiful and welcoming. A great experience once again.

The hotel is well located in a beautiful beach, Has a great infrastructure, well decorated and well maintained and very friendly personal. Restaurant is great, good food and reasonable prices. I got a Jacuzzi room which happens to be amazing, Jacuzzi and sun beds in the private external area with a well maintained garden, a big bathroom with bathtub inside. It was a really great experience.
