Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, and the room was quite spacious. We were initially worried about noise since the hotel is surrounded by other buildings, but our room turned out to be quiet. What stood out the most was how friendly the staff were.
It was an easy and pleasant stay overall.

Expected more.
Pros:

A modern big hotel with a Casino. Very few employees speak English & provide accurate assistance.
Even the hotels internet room directory doesn’t provide an English version.
The breakfast buffet is good with all the verity of dishes offered in the Korean hotels & the service is good but the Resturant is very noisy and organized not friendly (buffets spread all over).
The hotel is located in the center of the city - night time the area offers very little to see.
The pool is seasonal and was closed and the near by golf club doesn’t allow single guests to play - they demand a group of 3-4 to play and one can’t join other groups.

Never again
Pros:

There are only 2 things I liked about this hotel, location and that the room was pretty big.

Cons:

1. The staff were horrible, black face, answered phone while our friends were asking them a question, it was as thought they hated their job.
2. Worst aircon ever, don’t stay here if you like to perspire in bed. It wasn’t just our room, but our friends in the annex building also experienced similar issue with the aircon. No matter the temperature the hotel “allowed” you to set, the aircon will still be set at fixed 24 degrees with fan speed probably at 1. It was so hot that my husband who has running nose when it’s cold slept WITHOUT the blanket. My 10 month old son, my husband and I, slept on top of the blanket every night. We never once used the blanket. I hated going back to the hotel every night.
3. Convenience store in the building closes at 12am so get your supper early.

Really great service and great facilities.
There are good scent amenities and bed.
I recommend this hotel and I'll make a reservation again when i come to Jeju.
