Maison GLAD staff quickly resolved room issue and made the stay very relaxing! Great bed, dark room!
Pros:

The room suite with furnishings and amazing bed and dark room were great. Very relaxing and restful. Bathroom included full tub, walk-in shower, and bidet toilet. The living room was spacious with separate doors and second powder room toilet. View onto the pool area and the glamping pine forest.

Cons:

The Booking.com representation of the room was inaccurate - having booked a Pet room (but no pet in tow) - once arrived check-in was fast and seamless. However, upon entry to the suite, which was lovely and traditional, there was no furniture for the living room, except a table to the side. There were not even stored in the cupboards the traditional seating mats. Literally, the dog had more furnishings that the humans! The front desk team swarmed to resolve the issue, which was a Booking.com mischaracterization of the room type, and they all moved me to a non-pet suite, which was very comfortable.

직원분들도 다 친절하시고 무엇보다 객실이 크고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있고 호텔내 시설도 쾌적해서 다음에 또 머물고 싶습니다.

Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was not the standard for 5star hotel. The room is very small and the toilet is very small. The room toilet has a stench. The room is not well lit. Very bad experience with a 5star hotel. It looked like a 3star hotel.
