Good location but service needs improvement.
Pros:

Perfect location as is close to the beach , cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Bad communication,
All of them did not speak English or even attempt to translate with the phone. They just did not care.There was maintenance going on also without being told.

Not cleaning well
I stayed for almost a month there but changed bedding once and the bathroom /shower walls were never cleaned.

Beautiful view of hamdeok beach, great location and helpful staff
Pros:

Loved the location and beautiful view. Staff were very helpful, especially the lady staff on night shift.
I chose ‘do not disturb’ for housekeeping service, but staff were very thoughtful to still provide towels and water outside my door daily. Thank you!

Great location with amazing views with lot of food options
Pros:

Breakfast had limited options but was fresh and healthy. The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent with amazing views of the ocean. Lot of food options were within the walking distance.

Cons:

Hotel building is a bit old and the bathrooms were not upgraded and were very basic. There were no shower curtains as a result the bathroom floor used to get very wet after the shower.

해수욕장과 근거리라 좋고, 주변에 먹거리 볼거리 놀거리가 많아 좋았어요~
당연 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 요청사항 바로바로 해결해주셔서 넘 좋았어요~

Two-night Stay
Pros:

Excellent location if you want the proximity to Hamdeok Beach--I had a room with balcony overlooking the beach, so I could see the tidal changes and people shooting off fireworks during New Year's Eve. it's walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops, too. Melts, one of two on-site restaurants and the only one open, had a great western menu for brunch. I appreciated having heated floors.

Cons:

Every time housekeeping came, they only provided hand towels, not full-sized bath towels. The room had limited number of places to plug and charge electronics (only one wall with extension cord). The tub/shower did not have a curtain, so water sprayed on the floor :-(
