Aircon remote was not provided or given when asked, despite it being so hot and it saying aircon as a room feature

Det var fin utsikt från hotellet och nära stranden.

Cons:

Det var hårda sängar, tråkig frukost om man föredrar mer frukost mat framför koreansk mat och hade önskat lite bättre service. När vi kontaktade hotellet för att höra hur vi skulle ta oss från flygplatsen hade jag önskat mer information direkt tex.

I had a great experience in Ocean Grand Hotel. I wish i can speak Korean fluently so that i will not facing difficulties

-the toilet (no bidet, use tissues)

Хорошее у этого отеля только месторасположение.

Жуткая помойка. Всё в убитом состоянии, половина приборов и выключателей не работает.
