When I checked in the receptionist was rude, treated me like I hadn’t made a booking because my booking didn’t have my middle name on the booking like my passport? Is that really unusual? Maybe I didn’t have the right look for a ‘five star’ hotel. The receptionist also took a long time to take a copy of my passport. I was incredibly insulted on the way I was treated at check in.

The walls are thin, you can hear the creaking sound of chairs being scraped from the next room. The toilet often didn’t flush and on the last night there I was woken up to a terrible smell from the toilet.

I booked 6 rooms for my family with 4 deluxe rooms and 2 standard rooms. However, one of deluxe room was leaking from the ceiling when we arrived inside. Then, the receptionist swap that room to another room but the second room is not the same quality and price with the deluxe room which we booked. I believe that a different cost between those two rooms should be done as a refund for unqualified services based on your advertisement.

There is a very nice view of the sea from here. It is a very wonderful hotel. I drank coffee here and it was also amazing, although my wife praised the coffee.
