There is a very nice view of the sea from here. It is a very wonderful hotel. I drank coffee here and it was also amazing, although my wife praised the coffee.

Would have been a great place to stay if it was refurbished to modern comfort and standards. Stay was hit for us.

Deodorising smell upon entry of hotel.
Location Near the market and shoreline.

Heated floors keeps feet warm during winter.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Spacious room.
Toilet bidet works.
Shoe horn was useful.
Free Slippers were handy.
Starbucks and convenience store available was handy

Room appears old with lots of dings and scratches.
Carpets dated and mouldy looking on some areas.
No exhaust fan in toilet.
Uncomfortable bed mattress, and pillows, lumpy and irregular.
No air conditioning control to adjust the centralised very warm temperature.
Window does not stay open, had to block the latch to stay open for ventilation and air circulation.
Light controls were not visibly accessible at usual areas.
Lights were not adjustable for brightness.
Not enough coat hanger for jackets and other clothing for the family.
No laundry facilities.

It was a pleasant experience expect the cleanliness.

tv 등 전자제품이 오래되어 화면이 깨지는 현상이 있어 불편했습니다.

체크인할때 부터 마지막까지 직원모두가 친절했으며 조식이 너무 만족스러웠다.
무엇보다 개인금고가 있어 여러가지로 편리했다.

Cons:

아쉬운점은 방음이 되지않아 위층에서의(외국인2팀) 고성과노래소리, 뛰어다는 소리에 이틀동안 새벽까지 너무 힘들었고,
화장실 청소가 너무 엉망으로 되어있어 마지막날까지 불쾌감이 있었다, 심지어 조식을 먹고 오니 외출하지도 않았는데 들어와
청소을 하고 나갔으며 그럼에도 너무 엉망으로 하고 나가서 당황했다.

We believe that the hotel's five-star rating only applied to the suite, but not our common room.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast, even if it did not have fried rice. We also liked the view provided to us. We also liked the relatively straightforward method of reaching the hotel from a bus stop, even if the hotel did not really have a location immediately accessible for the downtown area.

Cons:

A moth somehow entered the room. We saw it before sleeping on our last full day in Jeju. We believe that the housekeeper probably accidentally let the moth inside (after opening the window to dissolve chemical smells). We had to expend a considerable amount of time to kill the moth.
