入住沒有櫃檯人員，但自助辦理還算間單理解，鄰近中央地下街出入口，步行很方便，旁邊有停車場，有停車補助。

相較新濟州市區，熱鬧度就少很多，晚上想吃消夜不會用外送的，想自行外出採買要早點出門，不然很早都打烊了

Wykładzina nie wyglądała na zbyt czystą, lepsze byłyby panele lub kafelki na podłodze. W pokoju jest czajnik i kubki, przydałaby się choć jedna łyżeczka.

Missing hospitality and service
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convienent and the room sizes are good.

Cons:

The hotel lobby resembles a construction site devoid of any personality and is rather dirty. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; there are no benches or chairs in the lobby, so everyone sits on the floor waiting for check-in. It's a self-service hotel, meaning there's no staff present even if you need someone. Furthermore, any sense of hospitality is lacking, as there's no one there. They use a central temperature control system, so you don't have your own working air conditioning in your room. This meant our room was 26 degrees Celsius for three days straight. When we asked to lower the temperature on chat, we were simply asked to open a window. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Jeju.
