Zum Übernachten ist das Hotel schon in Ordnung, Frühstück sollte man aber woanders essen
Pros:

Die Lobby ist schön modernisiert. Auch das Zimmer ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hätte es sauberer sein können. Das Frühstück geht gar nicht. Sowohl das westliche, als auch das asiatische Frühstück war vertrocknet und unappetitlich. Der Raum für das Frühstück war klebrig und nicht modernisiert.

La ubicación es buena si te interesa quedarte de ese lado de la isla, el mercado queda cerca.
Desayuno en el hotel? El hotel estaba tan sucio que no se nos hubiera ocurrido desayunar ahí.

Cons:

La suciedad en general, moho en el baño, inodoro sucio con restos de papel higiénico, polvo en todas las superficies, cabeceras sucias, cabello en casi todas las toallas que nos dejaban, cabello en el piso, en las amenidades de la ducha.
Pedimos en recepción que hicieran algo al respecto y nos cambiaron a otro cuarto igual de sucio. Una pesadilla!

El estacionamiento es otra pesadilla, si eres claustrofóbico mejor ni lo intentes. Ah! también está sucio!

Pedimos en recepción que nadie entrara a nuestro cuarto, no había razón si no tenían estándares de limpieza de ningún tipo y nosotros terminamos de medio limpiar para sentirnos cómodas pero igual entraron.

Было чисто, убирали номер каждый день, обновляли полотенца и воду. Местоположение хорошее, недалеко есть рынок, водопад и много кафе. И было довольно тихо в самом отеле, но с окон было шумно. Номер был довольно просторным. Понравилось, что туалет было изолирован от спальни. и вид с окна красивый, правда было бы ещё лучше, если бы помыли окна

Прекрасно пробывали у вас 14 дней. Это пока что лучший отель из всех, где мы были в городе Согвипхо.
Pros:

Расположените отеля отличное. Близко к парку, к пирсу, к улице с ресторанами, магазинам и тд
Очень понравилось наличие льдогенератора и бесплатной воды. Это прям 100 из 100.
Ежедневная уборка номера - неожиданно и очень приятно! Отдельный плюс.
Вид из окна был шикарным.

Cons:

Из минусов - отсутствие мыльницы и стакана под зубные щетки. И плохая звуковая изоляция. Слышно соседей, даже если они спокойно болтают. Только это.

Location wasn’t the best. Good stay overall, but staff can be friendlier.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Room temperature was capped and even an extra blanket was with a fee. The check in machine was not the best thing. No bath towels available when we asked for them, until a day later.

À vrai dire pas grand chose.

Cons:

La chambre d’hôtel était pas propre, ça sentait l’humidité, malgré mes demande de nettoyage la chambre a été faite seulement 48h après notre arrivée, alors que normalement c’est « ménage quotidien ». C’était même pas le ménage, ils ont juste mis des serviettes propre (très petites) et fait le lit, l’aspirateur pas passé, ni la serpillière… poussière partout. Le personnel n’est pas aimable, sauf un jeune homme (sur 3 personnes à l’accueil). Ça mérite pas du tout un 4 étoiles

Very dirty hotel!

Cons:

Very dirty hotel! Very very very dirty and bad condition! All is broken. Staff just asked to leave at night and didn’t help with anything.
Hair in towels, broken electric - very dangerous. Water was dripping from electric lamp!

Pros:

Super emplacement dans la ville, et au milieu de l’île donc idéal pour explorer. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking sous terrain, très pratique. Le personnel est super.

Cons:

De wasdroger van het hotel droogt niet goed, de was kwam er nog nat uit. De badkamer had renovatie nodig.
