Pillows too soft.
Great location, close to the airport, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tour pickup spots. They are strict about 3pm check in, but will hold your luggage if you arrive early. My room was clean and comfortable and it faced the street but was quiet. It did get a little hot even though it was snowing, I had to open the window few times to cool off a bit. The breakfast is great and reasonably priced for the vast options you get and great service. They have a coffee shop as well that serves food too but it opens at 10am which is late if all you want is coffee to get going. I did not visit the casino but found it very quiet and unnoticeable if you have any concerns. The rooms were also none smoking which is a big plus for me. The have an ATM on 1st floor too which worked fine with my USA bank. Overall a very good experience and reasonably priced. Uber rides were also cheap from this centrally located spot.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, with some speaking excellent English and Chinese. The location is prime, and the rooms are spacious.
The bathroom lacks proper ventilation — after every shower, the entire room becomes uncomfortably humid. The lighting is also too dim. And the buffet breakfast doesn’t meet expectations given the price.

It is at a very convenient location with shops and convenience stores nearby. Easy access to a lot of places. 10 mins to the airport. My mum enjoys the jackpot at the Casino 😊

停车方便。一楼娱乐城有个会中文的女员工，人挺好的。入住还送泥码。距离步行街很近，周边烤肉、汤饭、炸鸡店都有。
洗澡水压不大。淋浴的时候下水很堵很堵，几乎是不可用的状态。洗个十分钟澡，水能漫到脚踝以上。要不是这个，几乎可以给满分。
