The staff are very friendly and helpful, with some speaking excellent English and Chinese. The location is prime, and the rooms are spacious.
The bathroom lacks proper ventilation — after every shower, the entire room becomes uncomfortably humid. The lighting is also too dim. And the buffet breakfast doesn’t meet expectations given the price.

It is at a very convenient location with shops and convenience stores nearby. Easy access to a lot of places. 10 mins to the airport. My mum enjoys the jackpot at the Casino 😊

停车方便。一楼娱乐城有个会中文的女员工，人挺好的。入住还送泥码。距离步行街很近，周边烤肉、汤饭、炸鸡店都有。
洗澡水压不大。淋浴的时候下水很堵很堵，几乎是不可用的状态。洗个十分钟澡，水能漫到脚踝以上。要不是这个，几乎可以给满分。
This hotel is the perfect blend of elegance, luxury, charm and warmth! The staff is exceptional in every way. My girlfriend and I stayed here last year and we loved it so much we came back this year. The staff here is friendly, helpful and accommodating in every way. Their charming personalities make this an exceptional place to stay. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable, thanks to Su Jeong Baek. The coffee shop makes the best cappuccino and americano coffee by Tina and Jenny. The Eclipse Bar staff Kevin Oh, Seulgi Jeong, and Sam are wonderful. Checking in , An Tae Young makes it easy to do and gives the best places to see and eat in Jeju. There are three gentlemen who were exceptional to us , Aaron Choi, Mielkhloie, and Amiel Director.

We definitely recommend Jeju Sun Hotel & casino. Room was clean, spacious and customer service amazing! It was raining hard and Uber was struggling to get a driver. Hotel driver gave us a ride to the airport.
Nice hotel, close to the airport and in the center of town! Everyone was super nice! I didn’t eat there but the menu had some delicious food. Definitely visit Jeju!
