Pros:

As piscinas com os 2 escorregas para quem tem crianças são 5 estrelas.. Fomos no início de julho e não havia grande confusão. Os funcionários no geral eram atenciosos, prestáveis e muito simpáticos.
A localização em frente à praia e o estacionamento fácil.

Cons:

O restaurante sem ar condicionado, apanhámos dias muito quentes e era um bocado difícil comer com aquele calor lá dentro.
Para um 5 estrelas estávamos à espera de mais variedade na comida apesar de o que tinham era bem confeccionado e chegava perfeitamente cobrindo todos os gostos. Alguém disso é possível comer noutros restaurantes de outros hotéis da cadeia, simplesmente pela distância, acabámos por ficar sempre por ali.
Outra coisa que não me fez sentido foi terem as espreguiadeiras presas ao chão o que faz com que muitas vezes não se consiga ficar junto ou ao sol quando bastava conseguir puxar um bocadinho para trás ou para a frente.

Exceptuando a localização, tudo o resto é fraco. Péssima limpeza ou mesmo ausente, formigas na casa de banho, gastronomia sofrível. zona de refeição sem ar condicionado, sufocante. Sem comida mais requintada ao jantar. Almoçamos e jantamos sempre no mesmo local, pequeno e quente. Sem produtos de higiene na casa de banho. Sem áreas comuns para convívio. O Tudo incluído é fraco. Sem oferta de comida a partir das 21:30. Os empregados são simpáticos mas tudo o resto é para esquecer. Paguei um hotel de cinco estrelas, não um de duas estrelas.

The staff were extremely helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is absolutely stunning and facilities were great.

Cons:

At times the buffet food could have been warmer but the food was of great quality and very tasty. There could have been a wider range of snack choices available throughout the day though. We ate at beach view mostly and the food here was much better than Jacs

Gostámos de tudo em geral, o nosso estúdio era muito bom e bem limpo, perto do Restaurante Aqua e das piscinas o que facilitou muito o meu problema de deslocação, a comida bem confecionada, as áreas comuns limpas, nunca faltaram espreguiçadeiras na piscina. Mas de facto o melhor e tudo foi a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários em todos os setores. Foram incansáveis em tudo o que lhes foi pedido. Agradecimentos especiais ao Senhor Filipe na recepção , ao Marcus no restaurante Aqua e à D. Rita Manata em particular. Vamos voltar com toda a certeza. Obrigada a todos.

Cons:

O restaurante Aqua deveria ter umas ventoinhas de teto porque o calor lá dentro era insuportável; o serviço no restaurante foi razoável, por vezes as reposições não eram atempadas, mas penso que por falta de pessoal. Deveria ser revista esta situação.

Short, last minute vacation to a pleasant hotel, beautiful hotel but disappointing food and drinks.
Pros:

The pool is beautiful, definitely the best part of the hotel.

Cons:

The food/restaurant/bars were disappointing. The food was fresh and well presented but lacking in variety . No show cooking, very limited.
Plastic glasses are totally acceptable around the pool area but to eat your meal and have a glass of wine in a plastic beaker isn’t on. Cocktails are pre-made in a machine.
These factors alone would cancel any 5star rating

Comida muito fraca, Restaurante sem ar condicionado muito mau, pouco espaço nesse mesmo restaurante, na piscina não tinha ninguém a controlar tanto as pessoas como a marcação das cadeiras. Nem o café (bica)estava incluído na modalidade de tudo incluído, tinham um expresso de máquina que parecia o café Mokambo.
