Arriving at the check-in counter of the Hotel quite late, after a long-hour flight I was immediately attended by a staff member named John Seok – Duty Manager.
What truly made the difference was his outstanding service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests stood out immediately. He handled every detail with efficiency and warmth, ready to assist with a smile and ensure that everything ran smoothly.
The hotel seems to be new. To be honest it is a nice hotel and well-maintained. The property itself is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My room is clean and well-equipped.
My stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable.
I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a high-quality stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Staff very friendly. Easy check in process.
Breakfast was overpriced for what you got. No barista coffee but paid AUD$60 for breakfast! You can get way better breakfast and brunch in local cafe spots for half the price. Location was just ok. Had to get ubers/taxis everywhere. Cheap but inconvenient and ubers/taxis take forever to arrive in Seoul. Coffee pods in the room were not replenished. Staff didn't mention about the 'arcade' on the lower ground floor which had convenience store and a spa. I only found out on my last day and this left me disappointed. The lifts in the building were very slow and even stopped working at one point.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing staff. Sally (Blindspot) and Yuna (Concierge) went above and beyond to help me fix a payment error. Both were very willing to assist and spoke excellent English, which I truly appreciated. Thank you both!
I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms are uncomfortably small and excessively hot. When I raised the issue with reception, I was told that the air-conditioning could not be turned on at this time of year. The room temperature was 26°C, which is far too hot, and a photo I took clearly shows this. I was offered only a fan, which did not resolve the issue.
Additionally, I could not open the window due to the constant noise from outside. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and overall, I find the response from staff to be unacceptable. I will not be staying here again
My second stay within 2 weeks.
