Beautiful hotel with amazing gym facilities. Lovely pool area and very friendly staff. Bus stop is just around the corner and the walk to itaewon high street is beautiful through the back streets.
The staff are all wonderful in every part of the hotel.
Room was really well equipped and clean but the toilet and shower are in separate rooms, the sink is the middle of the room which makes it slightly more crowded, slightly on the smaller side.
The prices at the pool bar are very high not value for money; I don’t mind paying high prices for good beer and good food, but the Caesar salad and beer prices were extremely high and small servings, burger and hot dog stand better value for money. Breakfast at Cleo was good with western and Korean options, very pricey at $60 Aussie dollar per person but was exactly what we needed for a full day of exploring.

Value for money is not great. Room is not very practical, bathroom is not very comfortable. Lobby smells weird. Hotel is nice but too old, everything is super old.
Room to has no possibility to diffuse Netflix…
Hotel molto bello, tutto molto curato, ottima colazione. Pur essendo di design è molto accogliente e non freddo. Posizione comoda per la metropolitana e a pochi passi da zona con tanti ristorantini di tutte le cucine del mondo

Mondrian Itaewon is one of my favourite hotels in the world, not only because of the exceptional location and pool, but also because the service is always top notch. On my most recent trip, Yuna at reception especially made me feel welcome and went out of her way each day to ensure I had everything I needed to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Yuna and the entire Mondrian team; I will certainly continue to stay here when I return to Seoul and encourage other travelers to stay here.
I fell in love with this hotel immediately as I stepped in. Such a creative interior and absolutely amazing atmosphere! Everything else was awesome, rooms, food and staff! Will definitely come again.

Amazing gym, pool, trendy
First of all Yuna was absolutely wonderful. She was always helpful with a kind and pleasant smile. The rest of the team was great too. Clean hotel, good food, great amenities. Overall very good value for Seoul!
Very helpful staff all around. We arrived late exhausted from a long flight. Young but professional staff were literally running around to help us and ease the check-in process. Wonderful. I remember “Yuna” kept our young child company the entire time and even her was so overtaken by the warm welcome. It is a busy hotel with a clubby personality. Elevators are definitely overwhelmed with traffic.

La chambre trop petite ! Le fait que la piscine extérieure soit accessible avec un surcoût de 40 euros pour 2. Peu de visibilité.
