Cool ambiance, great team, perfect location.

Cons:

Tea ceremony finishes at 17.00. Japanese restaurant was heartbreaking. Some venues have “siesta”, ehich is heart to follow.

Big hotel with nice rooms
Pros:

Room was clean and modern. Location was good. Staff at the doors of the hotel were nice.

Cons:

Hotel is almost too big and it is a little tricky to get to the rooms. View could have been better (construction site).

Great location and stay, we booked two extra night
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good choice and very relaxing setting, amazing gym, pool and sauna facilities. Staff very helpful and always happy to help.

Cons:

The only small criticism we had was the bathroom - the standard room bathroom feels slightly ‘in the room’ and not very private.

We had a fantastic stay and were delighted with our room. We would stay again!
Pros:

We arrived and were very kindly upgraded and received a complimentary bottle of bubbles due to our being on our honeymoon which was a very nice touch. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable.
The rooftop bar was cool and there were several places to eat at different times of day downstairs.

The area was also great with some shopping, nice bars and restaurants a short walk away.
Staff were very friendly and polite.

Very disappointing- will not be staying again.
Cons:

Wasn’t told prior to staying that the pool isn’t open on Tuesdays so couldn’t use it when we wanted to. The room was cold at night and had to call to get a portable heater brought up. Then had a horrible experience when using the pool the next day with the staff and was left feeling very disappointed. Considering it’s meant to be a 5* hotel it did not feel like this and the price was also not worth the quality of service and facilities.

Pros:

The gym and the pool were very nice. The staff at the entrance, the valet and the staff at the Cleo restaurant, were great.

Cons:

Definitely not a true 5-star experience — at best a weak 4-star hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent: no turndown service, glasses were left out for days, and one evening even the wet bathrobes were left hanging in the room. Overall, the room cleaning was barely noticeable. Breakfast was also disappointing, especially the coffee and the self-service machines, which feel out of place in a 5-star hotel.
The location was also not optimal as the nearest metro station is 15 minutes walking uphill! It’s near embassies and a huge road

Just perfect stay to enjoy and relax
Pros:

Amazing staff, room quality and spa!! 2 hrs massage is must book as it’s 5 star indeed, as well as Taka fine dining. Overall, all restaurants are great in hotel.

You don’t want to leave the hotel as it’s so good😂
