Stylish stay with the most helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and good size.
The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff were all nice and very helpful.

Cons:

The location was not the greatest but it was still easy to find and easy to get a taxi or walk to central Itaewon.

Swanky, cosmopolitan hotel
Pros:

Well designed rooms with very nice bathrooms. Spacious for Seoul. The hotel itself is quite the spectacle and is quite swank and modern. Right next door to a 7/11 and Starbucks, and another cafe, and also, there is a convenience store in the basement which was very cool. It’s a cool feeling in itself just walking on the first and second floor.

Cons:

Not the most ideal for being next to a subway. You can certainly walk it (I think it’s ~15 min), but not ideal in the winter at least. Also, minor issue but elevators were slow, and you don’t actually pass by reception when going to your rooms (it’s on the second floor), so you don’t “feel” the hospitality. Granted, there is a very polite and professional doorman and doorwoman. All that being said, we found the location to be very central for us, and it was tip-top clean!

Una scelta azzeccata
Pros:

Una colazione meravigliosa, da 10. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dalla gentilezza e dalla comodità all'interno dell'hotel c'è tutto: una magnifica palestra una piscina stupenda, la sauna, i ristorante il supermarket, il servizio di lavanderia, veloce e super efficiente, non si può desiderare di meglio.

Cons:

forse la grandezza della camera, perché è piccola con un armadio molto piccola e la pulizia, la farei in modo più meticoloso, ma è stato tutto molto bello.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Helpful staff. Nano water filter in the room was superb. 👌
Pros:

Mondrian Seoul has a nano water filter in the room. One of the best example on Sustainability. Getting rid of plastic bottles as well as you take out water , what you need. As in the case of water bottle , always some water is wasted.
Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was fine But Breakfast charges are very high.
