Una scelta azzeccata
Pros:

Una colazione meravigliosa, da 10. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dalla gentilezza e dalla comodità all'interno dell'hotel c'è tutto: una magnifica palestra una piscina stupenda, la sauna, i ristorante il supermarket, il servizio di lavanderia, veloce e super efficiente, non si può desiderare di meglio.

Cons:

forse la grandezza della camera, perché è piccola con un armadio molto piccola e la pulizia, la farei in modo più meticoloso, ma è stato tutto molto bello.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Helpful staff. Nano water filter in the room was superb. 👌
Pros:

Mondrian Seoul has a nano water filter in the room. One of the best example on Sustainability. Getting rid of plastic bottles as well as you take out water , what you need. As in the case of water bottle , always some water is wasted.
Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was fine But Breakfast charges are very high.

great, with a few caveats that could be improved on TV entertainment
Pros:

Отель однозначно рекомендую, но не ждите там сервиса 5 звезд.
Pros:

Отель достаточно современный и удобно расположен. Есть все удобства.отличный спа.

Cons:

К отелю нет вопросов, а вот персонал ресепшена совершенно не соответствует стандартам холдинга. Нет ощущения гостеприимства. Хамские ответы на вопросы.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stay in my life!!! Some unknown weird person knocking on the wall during midnight+ no table /desk can place laptop or room service. No bell boy to assist upon check-in....etc. How could this one be rated as five star hotel?!?!?! Unbelievable!!

Amazing and A fabulous girls dream
Pros:

This hotel is stunning! The staff were amazing and super accommodating. The hotel smelled like a spa everyday all day. Speaking of SPA!! I got the most amazing full body massage at the Spa located inside the hotel. The room was comfortable and pretty. I stayed here for my 40th bday celebration and the hotel staff did an amazing job coordinating my bday surprise in the room where I was greeted with flowered, wine, balloons, and a sweet note from both Hubby and the Hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t realize it was so far from the main attractions and taxis are the main form of transportation oppose to the bus and the train. The hotel is located on a hill which isn’t super convenient when it’s hot (walking), but the staff were really accommodating when it came to getting me a taxi daily. That made up for the distance for sure as a foreigner solo traveling.

Super hôtel en tout point mais métro un peu loin
Pros:

Le personnel était super ! Le lit très grand et confortable. La salle de sport et la piscine sont un plus.

Cons:

L'hôtel est loin du métro le plus proche.
