Un hôtel bien situé, pratique
Pros:

Son emplacement central à 2 pas de station métro

Cons:

On avait 2 chambres. Une des deux avait un problème de chauffage: il faisait froid dans la chambre et le réglage ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune intervention n’a été faite malgré notre demande.
La porte coulissante de la salle de bain est très bruyante, c’est dérangeant surtout la nuit.

Great hotel , convenient
Pros:

It was a great place to stay . Location to myeongdong market very convenient.

Cons:

I didn’t like the manager when I checked in . He was not patient with the guests . I was trying to explain to him that I booked the hotel twice under my name . He thinks I was trying to make all 8 of my group stay in one room which I understand why he’d think that because others do it but everyone is different and I definitely was not going to do it. I told him I’m checking in for my 2nd booking and he was like well I see 1,2,3,4 etc too many I said yes I checked in on March 29 and I have another booking for March 30 … anyway the manager needs to be much nicer and patient . Other staff were very good .

Location is very accessible to public transportation and walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants.

Cons:

Toiletries specifically no toothpaste and toothbrush. You need to pay for it to get one.

Can’t beat the location!
Pros:

Excellent location we walked to do all of our shopping. There is an amazing Korean BBQ restaurant right next to the hotel, Top Grade Korean Beef. We ate there three times!
Easy walk to subway stops.
Friendly and helpful staff!

Room has a small refrigerator, heated toilet seat, a bidet. No draws to store clothes but although the rooms are not big, you have areas to put your stuff.

I think one of the main attractions for this property is the location. It is close to everything and I would stay here again.

Superbe emplacement pour visiter Séoul.

L’emplacement parfait.

Cons:

L’accueil. Le personnel au guichet d’accueil. On a dû changer de chambre après 2 nuits car remontée d’égouts. Odeur nauséabonde.
