Best location, uncomfortable beds
Pros:

Perfect location, Clean rooms. In general, the hotel is fine.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable, we stayed as three people, and there was 1 double and one single bed in the room. The double bed was smaller than a queen-size bed, so if you plan to stay with 3 people, I suggest booking 2 separate rooms. Personally, I don't like the shower curtains. There was a curtain in the shower, and I did not like it.

對喜歡採購的人，附近的商家地點相當便利！
Pros:

告知櫃台後，派人來解決的速度及服務態度尚可！

Cons:

配電系統有問題，吹風機與快煮壺同時使用，發生局部跳電狀況，事先沒有告知客戶，發生時令人不舒服！

老舗ホテルで快適に過ごせた
Pros:

祝５０周年とのことでしたが、外から観ると少しふるい感じがありますが、部屋はリフォームしてあり、キレイで広さも十分、掃除も丁寧にしてあり快適に過ごせました！
立地も駅の前で文句なしです。

Cons:

洗面台の流れが少し悪かったのと、トイレのペーパーホルダーが遠くて座ったままとりにくい。
でも許せる範囲です。

Great location and value.
Pros:

Great location and not noisy at all given the location in Myeongdong. Helpful staff. The rooms were a good size with all the amenities. Great value for your money.

Pros:

地理位置真的超讚，離明洞主街很近，離地鐵出口也近，地鐵上下都有手扶梯，對逛街鐵腿的我們超讚的。

Cons:

這次被配到的房型跟上次大小差很多，所以感覺偏擠，但還是有長臺面可以放東西。

Cons:

Заселялась ночью, дали номер, легла сразу спать, утром понимаю, что свет вообще не падает в окно, стена в полуметре. Иду на ресепшен, у меня в бронировании написано - номер с видом на гору или на город. А мне говорят, это вид на город, представляете?
Поменяли, только когда я сказала, что буду разбираться с букингом.
Потом бассейн только для мужчин, это как?
И вообще не помогают перемещать чемоданы, хотя между этажами ступеньки...ь

地理位置很好，房間夠寬敞

Cons:

淋浴室沒有門，整個地板依然會噴得濕答答的，當初真的是看上應該有乾濕分離才訂的！

Location and cleanness of the room.

Cons:

I’m surprised that they refused to provide an extra blanket upon request. The three of us are staying in a room with one double bed and one single bed. When I asked for an additional blanket, one staff member simply said they couldn’t provide one, while another said they didn’t have any available.

明洞という立地、料金、清潔さどれをとっても良かったです。

Cons:

夜の暖房があまりに暑すぎた。

冷房はできないだった。
