It is a very pleasant stay at the hotel and will return again
Pros:

Location is perfect for our family with a lot of Halal dining places to choose from, train/bus station is a stone throw away, facilities are good, clean and well maintained hotel, the room is spacious enough for three of us, breakfast is decent with sufficient choices given the price, staff speaks good english and helpful… it has self service laundry facilities too..

Cons:

Will be great if the room is equipped with sufficient drawers for storage if you stay more than a week so you don’t have to keep opening your luggage bag to get your stuff out. The bathroom does not come with dental kit etc., you can get the kit at a small fee. Otherwise 7-Eleven is just around the corner for toiletries.

Pros:

Perfectly located hotel, right where you would want to be for your first visit to Seoul. Train station less than 5 minutes away, and so many shops and restaurants around the area. Easily able to walk to so many attractions so it was a great base to come and go during the day.

The room was very clean and well appointed, with a nice bathroom with great shower pressure and a heated bidet toilet too. The beds are quite firm, but I didn't mind. There is a small fridge and free bottled water which I really appreciated.

The room is small and quite dark as my room was close to the building next door, but I was out and about all day and used the room for sleeping and quick rests in between exploring. I was travelling alone and felt extremely safe in and around the hotel at night as there were many people out and about.

I didn't opt for the paid breakfast, but there was a cafe in the lobby which was easy. I also was able to leave my luggage there the day I checked out, and I even had dry cleaning done and it was ready for me that night. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again in the future.

Cons:

The staff weren't the friendliest and most welcoming, but the hotel was very comfortable. It was quite expensive for 3 nights for what you get but might have just been the time of the year.

Hotel did not reply to my messages on request for connecting room via the Booking.com site. When i emailed them separately, they replied and said they will arrange per request. But when i arrived, they told me they didnt make the arrangement and was unable to rectify as all rooms are assigned and hotel fully booked. It was disappointing as we were looking forward to it.
The toilet door also can't lock but since its just 2 ladies in the room, we just make do with it.
My friend also notice patchy stains on the bathtowels hence not clean well...

Konum olarak harika bir yerde. Temizliği gayet iyi. Her gün odamız temizlendi. Kahvaltıya boşuna para ödemeyin, dışarda yiyin. Kahve makinesinden alınan kahve bile kötü. 14 saatlik bir uçuş sonunda otele vardık. Gitmeden önce erken Check in talep etmiştik. Otel olumlu veya olumsuz bir dönüş yapmadı. Otele gittiğimizde Check in saatinin 15:00 olduğunu söylediler, odalar hazır değilmiş. Yaklaşık 4 saat bekledik. 14:30da gidiyoruz hazır değil diyor, 14:45te gidiyoruz hazır değil diyor. Tam 15:00 da hazır oldu ilginç bir şekilde. Anladığım kadarıyla hazır olan odalar olmasına rağmen hiç kimseye erken check in imkanı sunmadılar.kural 15:00 demişler 15ten önce almıyorlar. Resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgisiz, suratsız genel olarak başından savmaya çalışır haldeler. Sıfır güleryüz. Ama housekeeping hanımlar çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Konum sebebiyle o konumdaki oteller daha pahalı. Dolayısıyla tercih edilebilir. Ama bunları bilip gitmekte fayda var.
