Pros:

駅からのアクセスも施設の清潔度も良かったです。忘れ物をした際にも、日本語が通じ丁寧な対応をしてくださりました。

Cons:

多少壁が薄く廊下の声が聞こえますが、気になる程度ではありませんでした。

Her şey harikaydı. Çok temizdiZ hergün odamız temizlendi. Konumu myeondonga 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Metro istasyonuna 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok tstlıydı çok ilgililerdi. Seoule gelirsem kesinlikle tekrar kalırım.

I would say it was OK and I don't intend to recommend this one to any of my colleagues or friends.
Pros:

Well the location is quite amazing, it seems to be in the heart of the city. Just walk a couple of meters in any direction and you end up finding basic necessities.

Cons:

Honestly, the staff at the reception was quite rude.

Whenever you ask them any query, I could see the pain and rudeness clearly in their tone which in my view, is indeed dis-heartening.

Regarding breakfast for the first two days I was not allowed to take it on second floor(2F) which is where it usually is, sighting few guests.

Sadly, when I had booked the property I was never informed about this else I would have gone ahead with an option which was "without breakfast" and this one came as a surprise to me. So essentially, I had to spent extra money to have my breakfast despite the fact that I had paid for it at the property for all days during my stay,

And when on the third and fourth day when they opened up 2F for the breakfast, I could barely notice anyone around (breakfast timing is just between 7 AM - 9 AM), so why was I not allowed on the first two days when we had a similar situation,

Additionally for breakfast I was just offered one bread and a cup of coffee!

On asking for a reasonable reimbursement I was rudely declined.

Can this be acceptable? Think about it..
