El mejor hotel de todo el viaje
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho que la habitación fue amplia y el servicio de limpieza nos ofrecia agua cada dia (incluso si nos encontraba por el pasillo). Se agradece mucho.

Cons:

La ubicación estaba bien pero pensábamos que seria más cercana a la calle principal de Myeongdong. Estaba más en un distrito de oficinas financieras que no zona turística. Esto tiene sus pros y sus contras. Pero fue muy buena experiencia.

Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, near city stn and near limo shuttle stop 6701...near all sites also such as myeongdong... staff were polite and very helpful

Good enough
Pros:

Good stay in an excellent location. The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful throughout. The room was clean and well kept, WiFi was reliable, and the on-site café and bakery were a great option for breakfast. We also appreciated being able to leave our suitcases before check-in after arriving early. The self-service laundry room was a useful addition.

Cons:

Less positive experience on the 16th floor. The dedicated lift was under construction, then often unavailable, and when it was running there was water leaking from the ceiling. Access to the stairs was also an issue, with emergency doors obstructed by dirty towels, which is a concern when lifts aren’t working for access to the floors and a safety issue overall.

Room service was limited to changing towels and didn’t include proper cleaning, as the floors were left untouched. The family room felt smaller in reality vs pictures, and the upper level has such a low ceiling that even a shorter person would struggle without hitting their head.

A good value option for travellers in Seoul
Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel although note it is located on the outskirts of Myeongdong so you’re not in the heart of the buzz. Everything was clean and in a fair condition upon arriving.

Cons:

It was awkward getting into the hotel with luggage as there are stairs leading up to the entrance and the ramp to come in involves walking through the back of a cafe. The room was small and beds were hard so not ideal for sleeping.
