住宿地點，距離光化門、清溪川、明洞、東大門，都很近，有些地方都可以以走路的方式到達。離地鐵站也都不遠，很方便！
Pros:

打掃的房務人員都很親切也很客氣。
櫃檯接待和門口的接待也都很親切，一樓也有行李秤重的地方，還有Wowpass的機器，可以退稅等。

Cons:

每天只給兩瓶水，飯店沒有飲水機，所以要多喝水的話，都要另外購買，感覺比較不方便一些。除了這個，其他都不錯！

Pros:

The staff was nice, and the placement of the hotel is good.
The room has lots of space for your bag's and a big Smart TV, with easy login for Netflix.

Cons:

Air conditioner turns off automatically (after a set time), and makes a loud sound whenever it goes on/off, so it can wake you at the middle of the night.
The walls lacked good soundproofing.
The pillows were a little soft (subjectively)

１Fカフェのコーヒーと塩パンのために再訪したい！
Pros:

1Fのカフェのコーヒーとパンが美味しくて、幸せでした。家族４人で行ったのでダブルベッドに２人ずつ寝るんだなーと思っていましたが、お部屋に着いたらお布団も用意されていてとても嬉しかったです。特に布団用のシーツ・枕がひんやりして気持ちよく、掛け布団も買って帰りたいくらいでした。

Cons:

お部屋は広くて申し分なかったのですが、窓がなかったこと。（正確には小さな窓がありましたが、曇りガラスで開けたら非常階段しか見えませんでした）

Tout est très propre et confortable. Le personnel est aimable et très serviable (sauf à l'acceuil du petit déjeuner). Quartier très central et pratique.

立地も良く、家族連れには最高です。
Pros:

子ども4人と大人2人で宿泊しましたが、お部屋も広く
テーブルで広々と屋台で購入した食べ物等を食べる事ができました。レンジ、食器類が揃っていて良かったです。

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location a quick walk to the train station and the palaces. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any requests. They helped us get a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. Overall a solid stay!

Cons:

The room felt a bit cramped since there were four of us but that is understandable.
