Estancia correcta. Piscina de pago!
Pros:

Habitación amplia y desayuno completo.

Cons:

Que para utilizar la piscina exterior tuvieras que pagar y además el precio muy caro. No me parece razonable en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
En el desayuno no había café descafeinado, tampoco chocolate.

Vista incantevole
Pros:

La cosa che ci ha colpito di più e' stata l'incantevole vista sul lago Bomun. Veramente spettacolare soprattutto al tramonto.
La struttura è molto grande ma non estremamente caotica. Le camere sono estremamente grandi. Le attrazioni non sono vicinissime, a circa 10-15 minuti di auto.

Abbiamo fatto mezz’ora di coda per la colazione, non accettabile. Il ristorante chiude alle 9, non compatibile con chi torna dopo visita del palazzo che va fatto la sera. Ascensore lentissimo

La tranquillité du lieu, correctement placé si l'on est véhiculé, les sites touristiques sont à 15 mins en voiture.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les services proposés sont plus ceux d'un 3-4 étoiles. Décoration extrêmement sommaire.
La restauration n'est pas exceptionnelle, un aspect cantine avec son plateau comme dans un food court. Le buffet à volonté est très cher pour une qualité extrêmement moyenne.

Pros:

The room is spacious and comes with a terrace. There is a mosquito screen on the balcony door, so we kept it open throughout our stay. In the evenings, we fell asleep to the sound of frogs croaking.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, but you should be aware that it is far from the city center, so it is advisable to either rent a car or use taxis. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, but buses run quite infrequently.
The café in the lobby is very nice, with unique and special pastries. We also loved Market338, where I had the best Naengmyeon of my life.

Cons:

The only negative aspect I would mention is the bed, which was extremely soft for our taste. Another issue, also noted by other guests, was the “paper-thin walls.” We could clearly hear conversations happening in the neighboring room.
